node-htmlmetaparser - A `htmlparser2` handler for parsing rich metadata from HTML

  •    TypeScript

A htmlparser2 handler for parsing rich metadata from HTML. Includes HTML metadata, JSON-LD, RDFa, microdata, OEmbed, Twitter cards and AppLinks. Please note: No HTTP requests are made by htmlmetaparser. You must decide what you want to retrieve by traversing the alternate array and making requests manually (E.g. external JSON-LD documents, RDF documents, OEmbed, RSS).

node-scrappy - Extract rich metadata from URLs

  •    TypeScript

Extract rich metadata from URLs. Scrappy uses a simple two step process to extract the metadata from any URL or file. First, it runs through plugin-able scrapeStream middleware to extract metadata about the file itself. With the result in hand, it gets passed on to a plugin-able extract pipeline to format the metadata for presentation and extract additional metadata about related entities.

modern-editor - [discontinued] A rich text editor for the modern web

  •    Javascript

DISCONTINUED this project has become a much harder thing that I thought initially. The main problem is Contenteditable, which works great for basic things such as bold but is a horrible tool to build upon. I am using CKEditor now and totally looking forward CKEditor 5. The rest of the code is structured mainly in few parts, the actions, the menu, the shortcuts, the events and few others.

trigger - Superior events for single page web apps.

  •    Javascript

Events like 'click' and 'keyup' are meaningless to the models and logic of most applications, but i bet you still register listeners for them in your application's code. This is lame. Your application code only needs to know what a particular event means (e.g. 'save', 'delete', 'next', etc). Your app's ideal javascript would only register listeners for events that are meaningful to your specific application (i.e. custom events).
