The-Forge - The Forge Cross-Platform Rendering Framework PC, Linux, Ray Tracing, macOS / iOS, Android, XBOX, PS4

  •    C++

The intended usage of The Forge is to enable developers to quickly build their own game engines. The Forge can provide the rendering layer for custom next-gen game engines. Added a unified input system based on Gainput to all platforms (https://github.com/jkuhlmann/gainput). The new input system substantially simplified input management on the application level over all platforms. We also simplified the camera controller. Added also new VirtualJoystick class in UI.

ps4-waker - Wake your PS4 over LAN (with help from the Playstation App)

  •    Javascript

Wake your PS4 over LAN (and a few other tricks) with help from the Playstation App. For most cases, simply run the executable with no arguments. On first run, you will be asked to connect to the "PS4-Waker" Playstation, and to turn on your PS4 and go to the "add devices" screen to get a pin code, and enter that. After that, future executions should just work.

stewart - Simulating a Stewart platform in Gazebo using a plugin to allow control of a closed loop manipulator with ROS

  •    Python

Because the Stewart platform is a closed loop manipulator, the description was written in SDF rather than URDF. However, ROS does not support SDF by default, so a plugin was written to make the joints in Gazebo visible to ROS. Here is a link to an in-progress generalized version of this plugin: https://github.com/daniel-s-ingram/ros_sdf.
