Image-to-Image Translation with Conditional Adversarial Networks Phillip Isola, Jun-Yan Zhu, Tinghui Zhou, Alexei A. Efros CVPR, 2017. On some tasks, decent results can be obtained fairly quickly and on small datasets. For example, to learn to generate facades (example shown above), we trained on just 400 images for about 2 hours (on a single Pascal Titan X GPU). However, for harder problems it may be important to train on far larger datasets, and for many hours or even days.
This package includes CycleGAN, pix2pix, as well as other methods like BiGAN/ALI and Apple's paper S+U learning. The code was written by Jun-Yan Zhu and Taesung Park. Note: Please check out PyTorch implementation for CycleGAN and pix2pix. The PyTorch version is under active development and can produce results comparable or better than this Torch version.

Pytorch implementation for multimodal image-to-image translation. For example, given the same night image, our model is able to synthesize possible day images with different types of lighting, sky and clouds. The training requires paired data. This repository contains code to instantiate and deploy an image translation model. This model is a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) that was trained by the IBM CODAIT Team on COCO dataset images converted to grayscale and produces colored images. The input to the model is a grayscale image (jpeg or png), and the output is a colored 256 by 256 image (increased resolution will be added in future releases). The model is based on Christopher Hesse's Tensorflow implementation of the pix2pix model. The model files are hosted on IBM Cloud Object Storage. The code in this repository deploys the model as a web service in a Docker container. This repository was developed as part of the IBM Code Model Asset Exchange.
An implementation of Pix2Pix in Tensorflow for use with colorizing and increasing the field of view in frames from classic films. For more information, see my Medium Post on the project.
