Emotiv Engine Client

  •    DotNet

Provides an event-driven .NET framework wrapper around the managed Emotiv EPOC neuroheadset API.

cylon-neurosky - Cylon adaptor/driver for the Neurosky Mindwave

  •    Javascript

Cylon.js (http://cylonjs.com) is a JavaScript framework for robotics, physical computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT).This repository contains the Cylon.js adaptor/driver for the Neurosky Mindwave Mobile EEG (http://store.neurosky.com/products/mindwave-mobile).

dyfunconn - A dynamic functional connectivity module in python.

  •    Python

A neuroimaging module for dynamic functional connectivity. dyfunconn is specifically tailored for functional connectivity, synchrony estimators and graph analysis in the context of Functional Connectivity Microstates (FCμstates) analyzing Time-Varying Functional Connectivity Graphs (TVFCGs). The primary focus in the FCμstates paradigm is twofold; to represent the input time-varying connectivity into a small number-repertoire (data reduction) of features (feature extraction) while preserving the temporal dynamics of the connectivity patterns.

brain-monitor - A terminal app written in Node.js to monitor brain signals in real-time

  •    Javascript

brain-monitor is a command line dashboard that displays your raw brain signals in real time. Make sure your EPOC headset is connected, and your terminal is not too tiny.

wits - A Node.js library that reads your mind with Emotiv EPOC EEG headset

  •    C++

wits lets you monitor your brain activity. It is an interface to Emotiv EPOC headsets, and reflects what goes on in your mind. This project depends on external libraries like hidapi and mcrypt for USB communication. If you have both hidapi and mcrypt, you can skip this step.

openmeeg - A C++ package for low-frequency bio-electromagnetism solving forward problems in the field of EEG and MEG

  •    C++

The OpenMEEG software is a C++ package for solving the forward problems of electroencephalography (EEG) and magnetoencephalography (MEG). OpenMEEG is distributed under the French opensource license CeCILL-B. It is intended to give users the freedom to modify and redistribute the software. It is therefore compatible with popular opensource licenses such as the GPL and BSD licenses. The CeCILL-B license imposes to anybody distributing a software incorporating OpenMEEG the obligation to give credits (by citing the appropriate publications), in order for all contributions to be properly identified and acknowledged.

braindecode - A deep learning toolbox to decode raw time-domain EEG.

  •    Python

Note: The old braindecode repository has been moved to https://github.com/robintibor/braindevel. A deep learning toolbox to decode raw time-domain EEG.

  •    Python

Running the Python server/client without the --json flag will cause the OpenBCISample object to be used as the data transmission mechanism. This is for people that want to do some processing in Python.

pyRiemann - Python package for covariance matrices manipulation and Biosignal classification with application in Brain Computer interface

  •    Python

pyriemann is a python package for covariance matrices manipulation and classification through riemannian geometry. The primary target is classification of multivariate biosignals, like EEG, MEG or EMG.

EEGReader - EEG Reader is an Android mobile application, which reads EEG signal from NeuroSky mobile device connected to smartphone via Bluetooth

  •    Java

This project is DEPRECATED and no longer maintained. It has old Android project structure and code style. NeuroSky Android SDK at https://github.com/pwittchen/neurosky-android-sdk and its sample apps in Java and Kotlin.

  •    Python

A Python Toolbox for Statistics and Neurophysiological Signal Processing (EEG, EDA, ECG, EMG...). This package provides a high level integration of complex statistical routines for researchers and clinicians with not much experience in programming, statistics or signal theory.
