Vers - Effortless data model versioning for Javascript and Node.js

  •        23

Vers requires an environment that supports the Promise/A+ specification as standardized in ES6. Node.js version 0.12.0 and up is great right out of the box (no --harmony flag necessary), as well as the latest versions of many browsers. To support older browsers, just include a Promise library such as Bluebird. Function options.getVersion: A function that accepts an object as its only argument, and returns either the current version identifier of the object as a number or string, or a Promise that resolves to the current version identifier. By default, Vers will use the object's version property if it exists, or 1 if it doesn't. number|string options.latest: The latest version identifier available for this model. If not specified, Vers will detect the latest version by calling Math.max on each version specified in addConverter(). For string-based versions, this option should be specified.

IndexedDBShim - A polyfill for IndexedDB using WebSql

  •    Javascript

Important note to those upgrading from version 2: Besides some backward-breaking (though standard-compliant) behavioral fixes (see CHANGES), there are changes coming in version 3 which will also unfortunately cause data stored under version 2 to break. We are not able to provide you with an automated upgrade path, so you will need to either stick with version 2 or migrate users' data yourself to the new SQL storage format (whose changes are considerable; CHANGES also lists these breaking database format changes). We have attempted to anticipate future changes so that for another upgrade, even a major one, old data will hopefully continue to work. However, to be safe, if you are using npm, be sure to specify semver targets in your dependencies properly so as to avoid allowing for automated upgrades to the next major version in case another future upgrade may also need to introduce breaking changes to the data format, thereby breaking old data. Use a single, indexable, offline storage API across all desktop and mobile browsers and Node.js.

ratelimit - Go/gRPC service designed to enable generic rate limit scenarios from different types of applications

  •    Go

The rate limit service is a Go/gRPC service designed to enable generic rate limit scenarios from different types of applications. Applications request a rate limit decision based on a domain and a set of descriptors. The service reads the configuration from disk via runtime, composes a cache key, and talks to the Redis cache. A decision is then returned to the caller. Envoy's data-plane-api defines a ratelimit service proto rls.proto. Logically the data-plane-api rls is equivalent to the ratelimit.proto defined in this repo. However, due to the namespace differences and how gRPC routing works it is not possible to transparently route the legacy ratelimit (ones based in the ratelimit.proto defined in this repo) requests to the data-plane-api definitions. Therefore, the ratelimit service will upgrade the requests, process them internally as it would process a data-plane-api ratelimit request, and then downgrade the response to send back to the client. This means that, for a slight performance hit for clients using the legacy proto, ratelimit is backwards compatible with the legacy proto.

vue-table - data table simplify! -- vuetable is a Vue

  •    Vue

This is the previous version that works with Vue 1.x. The most up-to-date version is the Vuetable-2. If you like it, please star the Vuetable-2 repo instead, or make a small donation to support it. If you're looking for the version that's working with Vue 2.x, please go to vuetable-2 repo. However, I still have no time to work on the documentation. But if you're familiar enough with vuetable, it shouldn't be any much different. Look at the what's changed for info on changes from version 1 and the upgrade guide on how you could upgrade from version 1.

omniauth-saml - A generic SAML strategy for OmniAuth

  •    Ruby

We tag and release gems according to the Semantic Versioning principle. In addition to the guidelines of Semantic Versioning, we follow a further guideline that otherwise backwards-compatible dependency upgrades for security reasons should generally be cause for a MINOR version upgrade as opposed to a PATCH version upgrade. Backwards-incompatible dependency upgrades for security reasons should still result in a MAJOR version upgrade for this library. For IdP-initiated SSO, users should directly access the IdP SSO target URL. Set the href of your application's login link to the value of idp_sso_target_url. For SP-initiated SSO, link to /auth/saml.

sketch-rnn - Multilayer LSTM and Mixture Density Network for modelling path-level SVG Vector Graphics data in TensorFlow

  •    Python

This version of sketch-rnn has been depreciated. Please see an updated version of sketch-rnn, which is a full generative model for vector drawings. Implementation multi-layer recurrent neural network (RNN, LSTM GRU) used to model and generate sketches stored in .svg vector graphic files. The methodology used is to combine Mixture Density Networks with a RNN, along with modelling dynamic end-of-stroke and end-of-content probabilities learned from a large corpus of similar .svg files, to generate drawings that is simlar to the vector training data.

dvc - ⚡️ML models version control, make them shareable and reproducible

  •    Python

It aims to replace tools like Excel and Docs that are being commonly used as a knowledge repo and a ledger for the team, ad-hoc scripts to track and move deploy different model versions, ad-hoc data file suffixes and prefixes. DVC is compatible with Git for storing code and the dependency graph (DAG), but not data files cache. To store and share data files cache DVC supports remotes - any cloud (S3, Azure, Google Cloud, etc) or any on-premise network storage (via SSH, for example).

CommonDataModel - Definition and DDLs for the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM)

  •    Batchfile

This repo contains the definition of the OMOP Common Data Model. It supports the SQL technologies: BigQuery, Impala, Netezza, Oracle, Parallel Data Warehouse, Postgres, Redshift, and SQL Server. For each, the DDL, constraints and indexes (if appropriate) are defined. Versions are defined using tagging and versioning. Full versions (V6, 7 etc.) are usually released each year (1-Jan) and are not backwards compatible. Minor versions (V5.1, 5.2 etc.) are not guaranteed to be backwards compatible though an effort is made to make sure that current queries will not break. Micro versions (V5.1.1, V5.1.2 etc.) are released irregularly and often, and contain small hot fixes or backward compatible changes to the last minor version.

tacotron - A TensorFlow Implementation of Tacotron: A Fully End-to-End Text-To-Speech Synthesis Model

We train the model on three different speech datasets. LJ Speech Dataset is recently widely used as a benchmark dataset in the TTS task because it is publicly available. It has 24 hours of reasonable quality samples. Nick's audiobooks are additionally used to see if the model can learn even with less data, variable speech samples. They are 18 hours long. The World English Bible is a public domain update of the American Standard Version of 1901 into modern English. Its original audios are freely available here. Kyubyong split each chapter by verse manually and aligned the segmented audio clips to the text. They are 72 hours in total. You can download them at Kaggle Datasets.

datascience-box - Data Science Course in a Box

  •    HTML

This introductory data science course that is our (working) answer to these questions. The courses focuses on data acquisition and wrangling, exploratory data analysis, data visualization, and effective communication and approaching statistics from a model-based, instead of an inference-based, perspective. A heavy emphasis is placed on a consitent syntax (with tools from the tidyverse), reproducibility (with R Markdown) and version control and collaboration (with git/GitHub). We help ease the learning curve by avoiding local installation and supplementing out-of-class learning with interactive tools (like learnr tutorials). By the end of the semester teams of students work on fully reproducible data analysis projects on data they acquired, answering questions they care about. This repository serves as a "data science course in a box" containing all materials required to teach (or learn from) the course described above.

json-schema - Ruby JSON Schema Validator

  •    Ruby

This library is intended to provide Ruby with an interface for validating JSON objects against a JSON schema conforming to JSON Schema Draft 4. Legacy support for JSON Schema Draft 3, JSON Schema Draft 2, and JSON Schema Draft 1 is also included. Please be aware that the upgrade to version 2.0.0 will use Draft-04 by default, so schemas that do not declare a validator using the $schema keyword will use Draft-04 now instead of Draft-03. This is the reason for the major version upgrade.
