snowflake-sqlalchemy - Snowflake SQLAlchemy

  •        774

Snowflake SQLAlchemy runs on the top of the Snowflake Connector for Python as a dialect to bridge a Snowflake database and SQLAlchemy applications. The only requirement for Snowflake SQLAlchemy is the Snowflake Connector for Python; however, the connector does not need to be installed because installing Snowflake SQLAlchemy automatically installs the connector.

Apache Superset is a Data Visualization and Data Exploration Platform

  •    Python

Superset is fast, lightweight, intuitive, and loaded with options that make it easy for users of all skill sets to explore and visualize their data, from simple line charts to highly detailed geospatial charts. It easily integrates your data, using either our simple no-code viz builder or state of the art SQL IDE. Superset can query data from any SQL-speaking datastore or data engine (e.g. Presto or Athena) that has a Python DB-API driver and a SQLAlchemy dialect.

eralchemy - Entity Relation Diagrams generation tool

  •    Python

ERAlchemy generates Entity Relation (ER) diagram (like the one below) from databases or from SQLAlchemy models. ERAlchemy requires GraphViz to generate the graphs and Python. Both are available for Windows, Mac and Linux.

SQLTransmutate - Converts one database to another using SQLAlchemy

  •    Python

SQLTransmutate helps to converts one database to another using SQLAlchemy. It inspects a database, creates the same schema in another database with another engine, then copies over all the data. It has no knowledge whatsoever of which databases it's moving from and to. Whatever SQLAlchemy can handle, this script can handle. Currently it supports MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Snowflake

  •    DotNet

Snowflake makes the life easier for each developer that is using LINQ To SQL as data access layer in his project. It's lightweight data access framework on the top of LINQ To SQL Framework. It follows the same ideas behind DataTable and DataRow in ADO.NET, but in entity context.

Flask-Migrate - SQLAlchemy database migrations for Flask applications using Alembic

  •    Python

Flask-Migrate is an extension that handles SQLAlchemy database migrations for Flask applications using Alembic. The database operations are provided as command line arguments for Flask-Script. Note that the FLASK_APP environment variable must be set according to the Flask documentation for this command to work. This will add a migrations folder to your application. The contents of this folder need to be added to version control along with your other source files.

Sqitch is not integrated with any framework, ORM, or platform. Rather, it is a standalone change management system with no opinions about your database engine, application framework, or your development environment.

GraphView - GraphView is a DLL library that enables users to use SQL Server or Azure SQL Database to efficiently manage graphs

  •    CSharp

GraphView is a DLL library that enables users to use SQL Server or Azure SQL Database to manage graphs. It connects to a SQL database locally or in the cloud, stores graph data in tables and queries graphs through a SQL-extended language. It is not an independent database, but a middleware that accepts graph operations and translates them to T-SQL executed in SQL Server or Azure SQL Database. As such, GraphView can be viewed as a special connector to SQL Server/Azure SQL Database. Developers will experience no differences than the default SQL connector provided by the .NET framework (i.e., SqlConnection), only except that this new connector accepts graph-oriented statements.GraphView is a DLL library through which you manage graph data in SQL Server (version 2008 and onward) and Azure SQL Database (v12 and onward). It provides features a standard graph database is expected to have. In addition, since GraphView relies on SQL databases, it inherits many features in the relational world that are often missing in native graph databases.

safrs - SqlAlchemy Flask-Restful Swagger Json:API OpenAPI

  •    Python

SAFRS is an acronym for SqlAlchemy Flask-Restful Swagger. The purpose of this framework is to help python developers create a self-documenting JSON API for sqlalchemy database objects and relationships. These objects can be serialized to JSON and can be created, retrieved, updated and deleted through the JSON API. Optionally, custom resource object methods can be exposed and invoked using JSON. Class and method descriptions and examples can be provided in yaml syntax in the code comments. The description is parsed and shown in the swagger web interface. The result is an easy-to-use swagger/OpenAPI and JSON:API compliant API implementation.
