react-tunnels - 🚇 Render React components in placeholders that are placed somewhere else in the component tree

  •    Javascript

Render React components in placeholders that are placed somewhere else in the component tree. There is a common use case in React apps where you want to define a Layout where the content of some elements is defined by children components. For example, you want to define Layout just once and reuse it for every page but it has a breadcrumb whose steps depend on children components. This tiny library allows you to define tunnels to render from an element to whatever another element in the App, even elements located on top of the tree. It's like Portal but the target is a component instead of a DOM element.

react-game-kit - Component library for making games with React & React Native

  •    Javascript

react-game-kit provides a set of helper components to make it easier to create games with React and React Native. The Loop component uses context to pass a subscribable game tick down your component tree. The Stage component does the same with game scale.

react-native-popover - A <Popover /> component for react-native

  •    Javascript

A <Popover> component for react-native. This is still very much a work in progress and only handles the simplest of cases, ideas and contributions are very welcome. However, as an alternative, I recommend you use @brentvatne's react-native-overlay library to wrap <Popover /> and bring it to the front no matter where it sits in the render tree.

react-draggable - React draggable component

  •    Javascript

A simple component for making elements draggable. If you aren't using browserify/webpack, a UMD version of react-draggable is available. It is updated per-release only. This bundle is also what is loaded when installing from npm. It expects external React and ReactDOM.

react-rnd - 🖱 A resizable and draggable component for React.

  •    TypeScript

A resizable and draggable component for React. The width and height property is used to set the default size of the component. For example, you can set 300, '300px', 50%. If omitted, set 'auto'.

react-cursor - Immutable state for React.js

  •    Javascript

Cursors are a tool for working with recursive or deeply nested data, immutably. react-cursor is a javascript port of an abstraction that I first saw in ClojureScript. This implementation is decoupled from any rendering library and is very small. Cursors are useful in UI programming, because UIs are tree shaped and naturally have tree-shaped state. Cursors let your app hold all its state in one place at the root of the UI tree; thus the root is stateful, and all downtree views are stateless.

react-treebeard - React Tree View Component. Data-Driven, Fast, Efficient and Customisable.

  •    Javascript

React Tree View Component. Data-Driven, Fast, Efficient and Customisable. Callback function when a node is toggled / clicked. Passes 2 attributes: the data node and it's toggled boolean state.

react-portal - React component for transportation of modals, lightboxes, loading bars

  •    Javascript

Struggling with modals, lightboxes or loading bars in React? React-portal creates a new top-level React tree and injects its children into it. That's necessary for proper styling (especially positioning). Looking for v3 documentation? Go here.

svg-react-loader - Webpack SVG to React Component Loader

  •    Javascript

A webpack loader allowing for inline usage of a SVG as a React component, or for composing individual SVGs into larger ones. The latest version has been refactored to allow for receiving an SVG/XML string or an JSON object-tree representing an SVG. This allows for other loaders before svg-react to alter/update/remove nodes before reaching svg-react.

primereact - UI Components for React

  •    Javascript

See PrimeReact homepage for live showcase and documentation. In order to install dependencies you should install yarn. You can follow the yarn setup instructions here.

react-syntax-highlighter - syntax highlighting component for react with prismjs or highlightjs ast using inline styles

  •    Javascript

Check out a small demo here and see the component in action highlighting the generated test code here. There are other syntax highlighters for React out there so why use this one? The biggest reason is that all the others rely on triggering calls in componentDidMount and componentDidUpdate to highlight the code block and then insert it in the render function using dangerouslySetInnerHTML or just manually altering the DOM with native javascript. This utilizes a syntax tree to dynamically build the virtual dom which allows for updating only the changing DOM instead of completely overwriting it on any change, and because of this it is also using more idiomatic React and allows the use of pure function components brought into React as of 0.14.

react-native-overlay - An <Overlay /> component that brings content inside to the front of the view regardless of its current position in the component tree

  •    Objective-C

An <Overlay /> component that brings content inside to the front of the view regardless of its current position in the component tree. This was extracted from react-native-modal because a modal is not the only time that you want to bring something to the front of the screen. Ideally, no. This should probably only be used as a last resort. You can usually accomplish what you need to by just absolute positioning an view at the bottom of your root component.

react-split-pane - React split-pane component

  •    Javascript

Split-Pane component built with React, can be split vertically or horizontally. By dragging 'draggable' surface you can change size of the first pane. The first pane keeps then its size while the second pane is resized by browser window. By default it is the left pane for 'vertical' SplitPane and the top pane for 'horizontal' SplitPane. If you want to keep size of the second pane and let the first pane to shrink or grow by browser window dimensions, set SplitPane prop primary to second. In case of 'horizontal' SplitPane the height of bottom pane remains the same.

react-native-pathjs-charts - Android and iOS charts based on react-native-svg and paths-js

  •    Javascript

This library is a cross-platform (iOS/Android) library of charts/graphs using react-native-svg and paths-js based on the excellent work done by Roman Samec in the react-pathjs-chart library. The project is an early attempt at providing a ubiquitous solution for charts & graphs for React Native that offer a unified view across devices. Components include Pie charts, Bar charts, Smoothline charts, Stockline charts, Scatterplots, Tree graphs and Radar graphs. Since Paths-Js makes no assumptions about rendering, this library is perfect for using SVG path objects to render custom charts easily.

rebass - :atom_symbol: React UI component library & design system, built with styled-components and styled-system

  •    Javascript

React UI component library & design system, built with styled-system, with support for styled-components & emotion. Rebass is a library of highly-composable, primitive UI components for React, built with styled-components to keep styles isolated and reduce the need to write custom CSS in your application. Based upon a configurable design system, Rebass‘s props API makes building consistent, responsive web apps simpler and faster.
