node-htmlparser - Forgiving HTML/XML/RSS Parser in JS for *both* Node and Browsers

  •    Javascript

#NodeHtmlParser A forgiving HTML/XML/RSS parser written in JS for both the browser and NodeJS (yes, despite the name it works just fine in any modern browser). The parser can handle streams (chunked data) and supports custom handlers for writing custom DOMs/output.

XML::RSS - RSS feeds using Perl

  •    Perl

This module provides a basic framework for creating and maintaining RDF Site Summary (RSS) files. This distribution also contains many examples that allow you to generate HTML from an RSS, convert between 0.9, 0.91, and 1.0 version, and other nifty things.

htmlparser2 - forgiving html and xml parser

  •    Javascript

A forgiving HTML/XML/RSS parser. The parser can handle streams and provides a callback interface. A live demo of htmlparser2 is available here.

  •    ASPNET

Geeks XML Kit is an ASP.NET 2.0 HttpHandler which can generate any XML content (including but not limiting to XHTML, XHTML-MP, WML, RSS, SVG) from XML files using XSL Transformations. It is somehow inspired by AxKit project (

AngleSharp - The ultimate angle brackets parser library parsing HTML5, MathML, SVG and CSS to construct a DOM based on the official W3C specifications

  •    CSharp

AngleSharp is a .NET library that gives you the ability to parse angle bracket based hyper-texts like HTML, SVG, and MathML. XML without validation is also supported by the library. An important aspect of AngleSharp is that CSS can also be parsed. The included parser is built upon the official W3C specification. This produces a perfectly portable HTML5 DOM representation of the given source code and ensures compatibility with results in evergreen browsers. Also standard DOM features such as querySelector or querySelectorAll work for tree traversal.

Fuzi - A fast & lightweight XML & HTML parser in Swift with XPath & CSS support

  •    Swift

Fuzi is based on a Swift port of Mattt Thompson's Ono(斧), using most of its low level implementaions with moderate class & interface redesign following standard Swift conventions, along with several bug fixes. Fuzi(斧子) means "axe", in homage to Ono(斧), which in turn is inspired by Nokogiri (鋸), which means "saw".

macSVG - macSVG - An open-source macOS app for designing HTML5 SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) art and animation with a WebKit web view ---

  •    Objective-C

May 8, 2018 – macSVG v1.1.4 is released, with minor user interface improvements, and various bug fixes. See the Release Notes for details. macSVG is a MIT-licensed open-source macOS app for designing HTML5 SVG 1.1 (Scalable Vector Graphics) art and animation.

RSParser - Parser for RSS, Atom, JSON Feed, RSS-inJSON, OPML, and HTML.

  •    HTML

This framework was developed for NetNewsWire and is made available here for developers who just need the parsing code. It has no depencies that aren’t provided by the system. It also includes Objective-C wrappers for libXML2’s XML SAX and HTML SAX parsers. You can write your own parsers on top of these.

Kanna - Kanna(鉋) is an XML/HTML parser for Swift.

  •    Swift

Kanna(鉋) is an XML/HTML parser for cross-platform(macOS, iOS, tvOS, watchOS and Linux!). It was inspired by Nokogiri(鋸).

Ono - A sensible way to deal with XML & HTML for iOS & OS X

  •    Objective-C

XML support in Cocoa isn't great (unless, of course, the XML in question is a .plist). NSXMLParser forces a cumbersome delegate model, which is extremely inconvenient to implement. NSXMLDocument is a bit nicer to use, but only works on Mac OS X, and has a large memory footprint. Ono makes working with XML & HTML as nice as JSON.

PocketSVG - Easily convert your SVG files into CGPaths, CAShapeLayers, and UIBezierPaths

  •    Objective-C++

A simple toolkit for displaying and manipulating SVGs on iOS and macOS in a performant manner. The goal of this project is not to be a fully compliant SVG parser/renderer. But rather to use SVG as a format for serializing CG/UIPaths, meaning it only supports SVG features that can be represented by CG/UIPaths.

react-native-pathjs-charts - Android and iOS charts based on react-native-svg and paths-js

  •    Javascript

This library is a cross-platform (iOS/Android) library of charts/graphs using react-native-svg and paths-js based on the excellent work done by Roman Samec in the react-pathjs-chart library. The project is an early attempt at providing a ubiquitous solution for charts & graphs for React Native that offer a unified view across devices. Components include Pie charts, Bar charts, Smoothline charts, Stockline charts, Scatterplots, Tree graphs and Radar graphs. Since Paths-Js makes no assumptions about rendering, this library is perfect for using SVG path objects to render custom charts easily.

DOMPurify - a DOM-only, super-fast, uber-tolerant XSS sanitizer for HTML, MathML and SVG

  •    Javascript

DOMPurify is a DOM-only, super-fast, uber-tolerant XSS sanitizer for HTML, MathML and SVG. DOMPurify sanitizes HTML and prevents XSS attacks. You can feed DOMPurify with string full of dirty HTML and it will return a string (unless configured otherwise) with clean HTML. DOMPurify will strip out everything that contains dangerous HTML and thereby prevent XSS attacks and other nastiness.

react-native-svg - SVG library for React Native.

  •    Java

react-native-svg is built to provide a SVG interface to react native on both iOS and Android. Check out the demo Source.

ionicons - The premium icon font for Ionic

  •    HTML

Ionicons is a completely open-source icon set with 700+ icons crafted for web, iOS, Android, and desktop apps. Ionicons was built for Ionic Framework, so icons have both Material Design and iOS versions. When used with Ionic, the ion-icon component will automatically use the correct version based on your platform. Additionally, when used outside of Ionic, both ios and md platforms can be chosen by the application. Note: All brand icons are trademarks of their respective owners. The use of these trademarks does not indicate endorsement of the trademark holder by Drifty, nor vice versa.

svg-crowbar - Extracts an SVG node and accompanying styles from an HTML document and allows you to download it all as an SVG file

  •    Javascript

A Chrome-specific bookmarklet that extracts SVG nodes and accompanying styles from an HTML document and downloads them as an SVG file—A file which you could open and edit in Adobe Illustrator, for instance. Because SVGs are resolution independent, it’s great for when you want to use web technologies to create documents that are meant to be printed (like, maybe on newsprint). It was created with d3.js in mind, but it should work fine with any SVG.

svg-sprite - SVG sprites & stacks galore — A low-level Node

  •    Javascript

It comes with a set of Mustache templates for creating stylesheets in good ol' CSS or one of the major pre-processor formats (Sass, Less and Stylus). Tweaking the templates or even adding your own custom output format is really easy, just as switching on the generation of an HTML example document along with your sprite. For an up-to-date list of browsers supporting SVG in general respectively SVG fragment identifiers in particular (required for <defs> and <symbol> sprites as well as SVG stacks) please refer to

svg-react-loader - Webpack SVG to React Component Loader

  •    Javascript

A webpack loader allowing for inline usage of a SVG as a React component, or for composing individual SVGs into larger ones. The latest version has been refactored to allow for receiving an SVG/XML string or an JSON object-tree representing an SVG. This allows for other loaders before svg-react to alter/update/remove nodes before reaching svg-react.
