CV-pretrained-model - A collection of computer vision pre-trained models.

  •        202

A pre-trained model is a model created by some one else to solve a similar problem. Instead of building a model from scratch to solve a similar problem, we can use the model trained on other problem as a starting point. A pre-trained model may not be 100% accurate in your application. For example, if you want to build a self learning car. You can spend years to build a decent image recognition algorithm from scratch or you can take inception model (a pre-trained model) from Google which was built on ImageNet data to identify images in those pictures.

autogluon - AutoGluon: AutoML for Text, Image, and Tabular Data

  •    Python

AutoGluon automates machine learning tasks enabling you to easily achieve strong predictive performance in your applications. With just a few lines of code, you can train and deploy high-accuracy machine learning and deep learning models on text, image, and tabular data. Announcement for previous users: The AutoGluon codebase has been modularized into namespace packages, which means you now only need those dependencies relevant to your prediction task of interest! For example, you can now work with tabular data without having to install dependencies required for AutoGluon's computer vision tasks (and vice versa). Unfortunately this improvement required a minor API change (eg. instead of from autogluon import TabularPrediction, you should now do: from autogluon.tabular import TabularPredictor), for all versions newer than v0.0.15. Documentation/tutorials under the old API may still be viewed for version 0.0.15 which is the last released version under the old API.

deep-learning-model-convertor - The convertor/conversion of deep learning models for different deep learning frameworks/softwares

  •

Note: This is not one convertor for all frameworks, but a collection of different converters. Because github is an open source platform, I hope we can help each other here, gather everyone's strength. The sheet below is a overview of all convertors in github (not only contain official provided and more are user-self implementations). I just make a little work to collect these convertors. Also, hope everyone can support this project to help more people who're also crazy because of various frameworks.

lightnet - 🌓 Bringing pjreddie's DarkNet out of the shadows #yolo

  •    C

LightNet provides a simple and efficient Python interface to DarkNet, a neural network library written by Joseph Redmon that's well known for its state-of-the-art object detection models, YOLO and YOLOv2. LightNet's main purpose for now is to power Prodigy's upcoming object detection and image segmentation features. However, it may be useful to anyone interested in the DarkNet library. Once you've downloaded LightNet, you can install a model using the lightnet download command. This will save the models in the lightnet/data directory. If you've installed LightNet system-wide, make sure to run the command as administrator.

reactionrnn - Python module + R package to predict the reactions to a given text using a pretrained recurrent neural network

  •    Python

reactionrnn is a Python 2/3 module + R package on top of Keras/TensorFlow which can easily predict the proportionate reactions (love, wow, haha, sad, angry) to a given text using a pretrained recurrent neural network. Unlike traditional sentiment analysis models using tools like word2vec/doc2vec, reactionrnn handles text at the character level, allowing it to incorporate capitalization, grammar, text length, and sarcasm in its predictions.

models - The ONNX Model Zoo is a collection of pre-trained, state-of-the-art models in the ONNX format

  •    Jupyter

The ONNX Model Zoo is a collection of pre-trained models for state-of-the-art models in deep learning, available in the ONNX format. Accompanying each model are Jupyter notebooks for model training and running inference with the trained model. The notebooks are written in Python and include links to the training dataset as well as references to the original paper that describes the model architecture. The notebooks can be exported and run as python(.py) files. The Open Neural Network eXchange (ONNX) is a open format to represent deep learning models. With ONNX, developers can move models between state-of-the-art tools and choose the combination that is best for them. ONNX is developed and supported by a community of partners.

hed - code for Holistically-Nested Edge Detection

  •    C++

We develop a new edge detection algorithm, holistically-nested edge detection (HED), which performs image-to-image prediction by means of a deep learning model that leverages fully convolutional neural networks and deeply-supervised nets. HED automatically learns rich hierarchical representations (guided by deep supervision on side responses) that are important in order to resolve the challenging ambiguity in edge and object boundary detection. We significantly advance the state-of-the-art on the BSD500 dataset (ODS F-score of .790) and the NYU Depth dataset (ODS F-score of .746), and do so with an improved speed (0.4s per image). Detailed description of the system can be found in our paper. If you have downloaded the previous version (testing code) of HED, please note that we updated the code base to the new version of Caffe. We uploaded a new pretrained model with better performance. We adopted the python interface written for the FCN paper instead of our own implementation for training and testing. The evaluation protocol doesn't change.
