kotshi - An annotations processor that generates Moshi adapters from immutable Kotlin data classes.

  •        76

An annotations processor that generates Moshi adapters from immutable Kotlin data classes. Moshi's default reflective adapters assume your classes are compiled from Java code which causes problem for Kotlin data classes.

  •    Java

PaperParcel is an annotation processor that automatically generates the CREATOR and writeToParcel(...) implementations for you when writing Parcelable objects. PaperParcel fully supports both Java and Kotlin (including Kotlin Data Classes). Additionally, PaperParcel supports Google's AutoValue via an AutoValue Extension. •    Java

A utility library for Android to save objects in a Bundle without any boilerplate. It uses an annotation processor to wire up all dependencies. You can read the JavaDoc here.

pojobuilder - A Java Code Generator for Pojo Builders

  •    Java

The PojoBuilder Generator is a Java 6 compliant annotation processor that generates a fluent builder class for POJOs (Plain Old Java Object). Builders are quite useful, for example, to build test data, where you only want to set the relevant data properties.

Moshi - A modern JSON library for Android and Java

  •    Java

Moshi is a modern JSON library for Android and Java. It makes it easy to parse JSON into Java objects. It has has built-in support for reading and writing Java’s core data types like Primitives (int, float, char...), Collections, String, Enum. Moshi uses the same streaming and binding mechanisms as Gson. If you’re a Gson user you’ll find Moshi works similarly.

mapstruct - An annotation processor for generating type-safe bean mappers

  •    Java

MapStruct is a Java annotation processor for the generation of type-safe and performant mappers for Java bean classes. It saves you from writing mapping code by hand, which is a tedious and error-prone task. The generator comes with sensible defaults and many built-in type conversions, but it steps out of your way when it comes to configuring or implementing special behavior. At compile time MapStruct will generate an implementation of this interface. The generated implementation uses plain Java method invocations for mapping between source and target objects, i.e. no reflection is involved. By default, properties are mapped if they have the same name in source and target, but you can control this and many other aspects using @Mapping and a handful of other annotations.

CatchUp - An app for catching up on things.

  •    Kotlin

An app for catching up on things. There's a lot of services I like reading up on throughout the day. Most of these services have dedicated apps for consuming them, but often times I just want to skim the front page and only deep dive occasionally. Enter CatchUp: a high level presentation of the "front page" of several services in short form, and intelligent deeplinking into dedicated apps if you want to go further.

Paper - Paper is a fast NoSQL-like storage for Java/Kotlin objects on Android with automatic schema migration support

  •    Java

Paper's aim is to provide a simple yet fast object storage option for Android. It allows to use Java/Kotlin classes as is: without annotations, factory methods, mandatory class extensions etc. Moreover adding or removing fields to data classes is no longer a pain – all data structure changes are handled automatically. Save any object, Map, List, HashMap etc. including all internal objects. Use your existing data classes as is.
