EASTL - EASTL stands for Electronic Arts Standard Template Library

  •    C++

EASTL stands for Electronic Arts Standard Template Library. It is a C++ template library of containers, algorithms, and iterators useful for runtime and tool development across multiple platforms. It is a fairly extensive and robust implementation of such a library and has an emphasis on high performance above all other considerations. If you are familiar with the C++ STL or have worked with other templated container/algorithm libraries, you probably don't need to read this. If you have no familiarity with C++ templates at all, then you probably will need more than this document to get you up to speed. In this case, you need to understand that templates, when used properly, are powerful vehicles for the ease of creation of optimized C++ code. A description of C++ templates is outside the scope of this documentation, but there is plenty of such documentation on the Internet.

mlpack - A scalable C++ machine learning library

  •    C++

mlpack is an intuitive, fast, and flexible C++ machine learning library with bindings to other languages. It is meant to be a machine learning analog to LAPACK, and aims to implement a wide array of machine learning methods and functions as a "swiss army knife" for machine learning researchers. In addition to its powerful C++ interface, mlpack also provides command-line programs and Python bindings.

MITIE - MITIE: library and tools for information extraction

  •    C++

This project provides free (even for commercial use) state-of-the-art information extraction tools. The current release includes tools for performing named entity extraction and binary relation detection as well as tools for training custom extractors and relation detectors. MITIE is built on top of dlib, a high-performance machine-learning library[1], MITIE makes use of several state-of-the-art techniques including the use of distributional word embeddings[2] and Structural Support Vector Machines[3]. MITIE offers several pre-trained models providing varying levels of support for both English, Spanish, and German trained using a variety of linguistic resources (e.g., CoNLL 2003, ACE, Wikipedia, Freebase, and Gigaword). The core MITIE software is written in C++, but bindings for several other software languages including Python, R, Java, C, and MATLAB allow a user to quickly integrate MITIE into his/her own applications.

glbinding - A C++ binding for the OpenGL API, generated using the gl.xml specification.

  •    C++

glbinding is a cross-platform C++ binding for the OpenGL API. glbinding leverages modern C++11 features like enum classes, lambdas, and variadic templates, instead of relying on macros; all OpenGL symbols are real functions and variables. It provides type-safe parameters, per feature API header, lazy function resolution, multi-context and multi-thread support, global and local function callbacks, meta information about the generated OpenGL binding and the OpenGL runtime, as well as tools and examples for quick-starting your projects. Based on the OpenGL API specification (gl.xml) glbinding is generated using python scripts and templates that can be easily adapted to fit custom needs.

CloneKeen is an open-source clone of ID's classic DOS game Commander Keen. CloneKeen runs under many platforms including Linux amp; win32. There are some improvements over the original such as 2-player support. Original game data files are required.

frugally-deep - Header-only library for using Keras models in C++.

  •    C++

Would you like to build/train a model using Keras/Python? And would you like run the prediction (forward pass) on your model in C++ without linking your application against TensorFlow? Then frugally-deep is exactly for you. Layer types typically used in image recognition/generation are supported, making many popular model architectures possible (see Performance section).

FunctionalPlus - Functional Programming Library for C++. Write concise and readable C++ code.

  •    C++

helps you write concise and readable C++ code. Great code should mostly be self-documenting, but while using C++ in reality you can find yourself dealing with low-level stuff like iterators or hand-written loops that distract from the actual essence of your code.

nana - a modern C++ GUI library

  •    C++

Nana is a C++ library designed to allow developers to easily create cross-platform GUI applications with modern C++11 style. Currently it can work on Linux(X11) and Windows. The nana repository contains the entire source of the library. You can browse the source code and submit your pull request for contributing. Jinhao, Ariel Viña Rodríguez.

Sophus - C++ implementation of Lie Groups using Eigen.

  •    C++

This is a c++ implementation of Lie groups commonly used for 2d and 3d geometric problems (i.e. for Computer Vision or Robotics applications). Among others, this package includes the special orthogonal groups SO(2) and SO(3) to present rotations in 2d and 3d as well as the special Euclidean group SE(2) and SE(3) to represent rigid body transformations (i.e. rotations and translations) in 2d and 3d. Sophus compiles with clang and gcc on Linux and OS X as well as msvc on Windows. The specific compiler and operating system versions which are supported are the ones which are used in the Continuous Integration (CI): See TravisCI and AppVeyor for details.

librdkafka - The Apache Kafka C/C++ library

  •    C

Copyright (c) 2012-2016, Magnus Edenhill.librdkafka is a C library implementation of the Apache Kafka protocol, containing both Producer and Consumer support. It was designed with message delivery reliability and high performance in mind, current figures exceed 1 million msgs/second for the producer and 3 million msgs/second for the consumer.

plog - Portable, simple and extensible C++ logging library

  •    C++

Plog is a C++ logging library that is designed to be as simple, small and flexible as possible. It is created as an alternative to existing large libraries and provides some unique features as CSV log format and automatic 'this' pointer capture. To start using plog you need to make 3 simple steps.

nanoflann - nanoflann: a C++11 header-only library for Nearest Neighbor (NN) search with KD-trees

  •    C++

nanoflann is a C++11 header-only library for building KD-Trees of datasets with different topologies: R2, R3 (point clouds), SO(2) and SO(3) (2D and 3D rotation groups). No support for approximate NN is provided. nanoflann does not require compiling or installing. You just need to #include <nanoflann.hpp> in your code. This library is a fork of the flann library by Marius Muja and David G. Lowe, and born as a child project of MRPT. Following the original license terms, nanoflann is distributed under the BSD license. Please, for bugs use the issues button or fork and open a pull request.

This project aims to be the best, clearest QR Code generator library in multiple languages. The primary goals are flexible options and absolute correctness. Secondary goals are compact implementation size and good documentation comments.

cmake-init - Template for reliable, cross-platform C++ project setup using cmake.

  •    C++

cmake-init is a sophisticated copy & paste template for modern C and C++ projects. The main goals include support of all use cases around software development (programming, testing, Q&A, deployment, documentation) while being modular, flexible, and idomatic. cmake-init is therefore a collection of cmake best-practices. The file contains a task checklist for new projects. More generally, a new project should contain all core modules and, as needed, add the maintainer and development modules as required. cmake-init does not impose modularity rules for the cmake targets.

vpp - Video++, a C++14 high performance video and image processing library.

  •    C++

The generic container imageNd<V, N> represents a dense N-dimensional rectangle set of pixels with values of type V. For convenience, image1d, image2d, image3d are respectively aliases to imageNd<V, 1>, imageNd<V, 2>, and imageNd<V, 3>. These types provide accesses to the pixel buffer and to other piece of information useful to process the image. In contrast to std::vector, assigning an image to the other does not copy the data, but share them so no accidental expensive deep copy happen.

libgo - Go-style concurrency in C++11

  •    C++

globjects - C++ library strictly wrapping OpenGL objects.

  •    C++

globjects is a cross-platform C++ wrapper for OpenGL API objects. globjects provides object-oriented interfaces to the OpenGL API (3.0 and higher). It reduces the amount of OpenGL code required for rendering and facilitates coherent OpenGL use by means of an additional abstraction layer to glbinding and GLM. Common rendering tasks and processes are automated and missing features of specific OpenGL drivers are partially simulated or even emulated at run-time.
