purescript-pux - Build type-safe web apps with PureScript.

  •    PureScript

Build type-safe web applications with PureScript. Pux has not focused on performance yet. The slow performance arises from translating Pux's (smolder) virtual DOM to React's virtual DOM. The goal is to write a purescript virtual DOM module for smolder, which would avoid that translation step and could be optimized for a monadic datastructure. I suspect this would achieve performance on par with Halogen.

dot-dom -

  •    Javascript

.dom borrows some concepts from React.js (such as the re-usable Components and the Virtual DOM) and tries to replicate them with the smallest possible footprint, exploiting the ES6 javascript features. Tiny by design : The library should never exceed the 512 bytes in size. The goal is not to have yet another template engine, but to have as many features as possible in 512 bytes. If a new feature is needed, an other must be sacraficed or the scope must be reduced.

hyperscript-attribute-to-property - Convert hyperscript attributes to properties

  •    Javascript

Some html attributes have different JavaScript property names. The most annoying of these is class v.s. className.Works with virtual-dom, react, hyperscript, or any DOM builder with a hyperscript-style API: h(tagName, attrs, children).

val - VirtualDOM abstraction layer - give yourself better integration and full control over the DOM with any virtual DOM library that uses a Hyperscript-like API such as React and Preact

  •    Javascript

The problems these different implemenations face is that the only common thing is the function that you invoke and the arguments that it accepts, at a top level. However, they all behave differently with the arguments you give them. For example, React will only set props on DOM elements that are in its whitelist. Preact will set props on DOM elements if they are in element. There's problems with each of these.
