venn.js - Area proportional Venn and Euler diagrams in JavaScript

  •    Javascript

A javascript library for laying out area proportional venn and euler diagrams. Details of how this library works can be found on the blog post I wrote about this. A follow up post discusses testing strategy and algorithmic improvements.

reaviz - 📊 Data visualization library for React based on D3

  •    TypeScript

REAVIZ is a modular chart component library that leverages React natively for rendering the components while using D3js under the hood for calculations. The library provides an easy way to get started creating charts without sacrificing customization ability. If you are looking for node-based graphs, checkout reaflow.

AMVennDiagramView - AMVennDiagramView is a view can display the diagram like Venn diagram.

  •    Swift

AMVennDiagramView is a view can display the diagram like Venn diagram. It displays two circles whose area ratio is almost an accurate. Add this to your Podfile.

eulerr - Area-Proportional Euler and Venn Diagrams with Circles or Ellipses

  •    R

eulerr generates area-proportional Euler diagrams that display set relationships (intersections, unions, and disjoints) with circles or ellipses. Euler diagrams are Venn diagrams without the requirement that all set interactions be present (whether they are empty or not), which means that, depending on input, eulerr sometimes produces Venn diagrams and sometimes not. With three or more sets intersecting, exact Euler diagrams are often impossible. For such cases eulerr attempts to provide a good approximation by numerically tuning the parameters of the ellipses or circles to minimize the error in the resulting diagram. Residuals and goodness of fit statistics are provided to assess whether the resulting diagram can be trusted.
