esp8266_deauther - Scan for WiFi devices, block selected connections, create dozens of networks and confuse WiFi scanners!

  •    C

This software allows you to easily perform a variety of actions to test 802.11 wireless networks by using an inexpensive ESP8266 WiFi SoC (System On A Chip). The main feature, the deauthentication attack, is used to disconnect devices from their WiFi network. No one seems to care about this huge vulnerability in the official 802.11 WiFi standard, so I took action and enabled everyone who has less than 10 USD to spare to recreate this project. I hope it raises more attention on the issue. In 2009 the WiFi Alliance actually fixed the problem (see 802.11w), but only a few companies implemented it into their devices and software. To effectively prevent a deauthentication attack, both client and access point must support the 802.11w standard with protected managment frames (PMF). While most client devices seem to support it when the access point forces it, basically no WiFi access point has it enabled.

Reconnoitre - A security tool for multithreaded information gathering and service enumeration whilst building directory structures to store results, along with writing out recommendations for further testing

  •    Python

A reconnaissance tool made for the OSCP labs to automate information gathering and service enumeration whilst creating a directory structure to store results, findings and exploits used for each host, recommended commands to execute and directory structures for storing loot and flags. This tool is based heavily upon the work made public in Mike Czumak's (T_v3rn1x) OSCP review (link) along with considerable influence and code taken from Re4son's mix-recon (link). Virtual host scanning is originally adapted from teknogeek's work which is heavily influenced by jobertabma's virtual host discovery script (link). Further Virtual Host scanning code has been adapted from a project by Tim Kent and I, available here (link).

multiscanner - Modular file scanning/analysis framework

  •    Javascript

MultiScanner is a file analysis framework that assists the user in evaluating a set of files by automatically running a suite of tools for the user and aggregating the output. Tools can be custom built Python scripts, web APIs, software running on another machine, etc. Tools are incorporated by creating modules that run in the MultiScanner framework. Modules are designed to be quickly written and easily incorporated into the framework. Currently written and maintained modules are related to malware analytics, but the framework is not limited to that scope. For a list of modules you can look in modules/. Descriptions and config options can be found on the Analysis Modules page.

nmap-erpscan - Nmap custom probes for better detecting SAP services

  •    Python

This article aims at showing how to improve the capability of the nmap network scanner to detect SAP services. This is by no mean a complete and 100% exact way of doing service detection as a lot of corner cases exist that are not covered in this text. If you want a more comprehensive way to do SAP services detection and even much more, the ERPScan Monitoring Suite is a good starting point with its port scanner feature. Our goal is to detect every network service exposed by SAP servers. Those servers are complex beasts with numerous components exposed to the network by default and each of these components potentially has vulnerabilities. So we want to send specific network probes to detect the presence of these services and then better assess if a service is vulnerable or not.

find3-cli-scanner - The command-line scanner that supports Bluetooth and WiFi

  •    Go

The Framework for Internal Navigation and Discovery (FIND) is like indoor GPS for your house or business, using only a simple smartphone or laptop. This command-line scanner provides a means for your laptop your computer to monitor the address and signal of nearby WiFi and bluetooth devices (active scanning). Also, if equipped with a monitor-mode enabled WiFI card, you can use the scanner to intercept probe requests to do passive scanning. There are two ways to install - with Docker, or natively on Linux. If you are using OS X / Windows, I suggest to use Docker. Some of the instructions (namely getting WiFi RSSI values) are specific to the Ubuntu OS.
