Phonetisaurus - Phonetisaurus G2P

This repository contains scripts suitable for training, evaluating and using grapheme-to-phoneme models for speech recognition using the OpenFst framework. The current build requires OpenFst version 1.6.0 or later, and the examples below use version 1.6.2. The repository includes C++ binaries suitable for training, compiling, and evaluating G2P models. It also some simple python bindings which may be used to extract individual multigram scores, alignments, and to dump the raw lattices in .fst format for each word.

mlmorph - Malayalam Morphological Analyzer using Finite State Transducer

mlmorph is Malayalam Morphological Analyzer and Generator. It aims to build a morphological model for Malayalam language using Finite State Transducer technology. Specifically, the system is developed using Stuttgart Finite State Toolkit(SFST) formalism and uses [Helsinki Finite-State Technology(HFST)](Helsinki Finite-State Technology) as Toolkit. Malayalam is a heavily inflected and agglutinated language and the project attempt to iteratively develop a morphological model for it. The project is in early stage of development. As of now it can analyse and generate a large variety of words. Please have a look at the tests/data.tv for a listing. It can also analyse/generate Malayalam numbers in textual form(Example: അമ്പത്തെട്ടായിരത്തിനാനൂറ്റൊമ്പത്). The phonological rules are being developed and contains a small but growing lexicon. It can analyze arbitrary level agglutinated inflected rules based on phonological rules. The phono-morphological rules need to be derived from the sandhi rules of Malayalam and that is expected as non-trivial task.




zamia-speech - Open tools and data for cloudless automatic speech recognition

Important: Please note that these scripts form in no way a complete application ready for end-user consumption. However, if you are a developer interested in natural language processing you may find some of them useful. Contributions, patches and pull requests are very welcome. At the time of this writing, the scripts here are focused on building the English and German VoxForge models. However, there is no reason why they couldn't be used to build other language models as well, feel free to contribute support for those.
