kubeflow-labs - 👩‍🔬 Train and Serve TensorFlow Models at Scale with Kubernetes and Kubeflow on Azure

  •    Python

This project welcomes contributions and suggestions. Most contributions require you to agree to a Contributor License Agreement (CLA) declaring that you have the right to, and actually do, grant us the rights to use your contribution. For details, visit https://cla.microsoft.com. When you submit a pull request, a CLA-bot will automatically determine whether you need to provide a CLA and decorate the PR appropriately (e.g., label, comment). Simply follow the instructions provided by the bot. You will only need to do this once across all repos using our CLA.

kubecon-ml - 🎱 A demonstration of existing machine learning toolkits on Kubernetes

  •    Python

This repo serves as an example to demonstrate the typical machine learning workflow and how to leverage existing machine learning toolkits for Kubernetes to enhance the development and operations lifecycle. This example is based on the Tensorflow Image Retraining example.

arena - A CLI for Kubeflow.

  •    Go

Arena is a command-line interface for the data scientists to run and monitor the machine learning training jobs and check their results in an easy way. Currently it supports solo/distributed TensorFlow training. In the backend, it is based on Kubernetes, helm and Kubeflow. But the data scientists can have very little knowledge about kubernetes. Meanwhile, the end users require GPU resource and node management. Arena also provides top command to check avaliable GPU resources in the Kubernetes cluster.

community - Information about the Kubeflow community including proposals and governance information.

  •    Python

Welcome to Kubeflow! We're glad to have you here. Visit the community page in our docs to see where you can chat with the community and share your ideas.

example-seldon - Example for end-to-end machine learning on Kubernetes using Kubeflow and Seldon Core

  •    Jupyter

To push to your own repo the Docker images you will need to setup your docker credentials as a Kubernetes secret using the template in k8s_setup/docker-credentials-secret.yaml.tpl.

ciao - Kernel for Kubeflow in Jupyter Notebook

  •    Go

Ciao is still in early development -- it is not feature-complete or production-ready. Please try our experimental kernel and give us your feedback. The word "ciao" (/ˈtʃaʊ/; Italian pronunciation: [ˈtʃaːo]) is an informal salutation in the Italian language that is used for both "hello" and "goodbye".

tfx-kubeflow-pipelines - Kubeflow pipelines built on top of Tensorflow TFX library

  •    Jupyter

This repository contains machine learning pipelines based on Tensorflow TFX library. Every pipeline is designed to be published on a Kubernetes/Kubeflow cluster on premise. Further pipelines are welcome via pull request.

code-intelligence - ML-Powered Developer Tools, using Kubeflow

  •    Jupyter

One of the promises of machine learning is to automate mundane tasks and augment our capabilities, making us all more productive. However, one domain that doesn’t get much attention that is ripe for more automation is the domain of software development itself. This repository contains projects that are live machine learning-powered devloper tools, usually in the form of GitHub apps, plugins or APIs. We build these tools with the help of Kubeflow, in order to dog-food tools that Kubeflow developers themselves will benefit from, but also to surface real-world examples of end-to-end machine learning applications built with Kubeflow.

crd-validation - Validation Generation for Kubeflow CRD on Kubernetes

  •    Go

This tool is to inline all references for Kubernetes API specifications, which is a workaround in order to avoid kubernetes/kubernetes#54579. This tool is built for kubeflow community while it also works for other CRDs by design.

kfp-tekton - Kubeflow Pipelines with Tekton backend.

  •    TypeScript

Project bringing Kubeflow Pipelines and Tekton together. The project is driven according to this design doc. The current code allows you run Kubeflow Pipelines with Tekton backend end to end. For more details about the project please follow this detailed blog post. Additionally, look at these slides as well as this deep dive presentation for demos.
