GreenSock-JS - GreenSock's GSAP JavaScript animation library (including Draggable).

  •    Javascript

GSAP is a JavaScript library for creating high-performance animations that work in every major browser. No other library delivers such advanced sequencing, reliability, API efficiency, and tight control while solving real-world problems on over 4 million sites. GSAP works around countless browser inconsistencies; your animations 'just work'. CSS properties, SVG, canvas libraries, custom properties of generic objects, colors, strings...animate anything! At its core, GSAP is a high-speed property manipulator, updating values over time with extreme accuracy. It's up to 20x faster than jQuery! See the "Why GSAP?" article for what makes GSAP so special. Unlike monolithic frameworks that dictate how you structure your apps, GSAP is completely flexible; sprinkle it wherever you want. React, Vue, Angular or vanilla JS - doesn't matter. Simply put, GSAP is the most robust high-performance animation library on the planet, which is probably why every major ad network excludes it from file size calculations.

animating-vue-workshop - Animated Interfaces with Vue.js Workshop Materials

  •    HTML

This repo houses the materials and resources for the Animated Interfaces with Vue.js. Most of the materials for the course are outlined below, but there are also directories housed here of very basic examples of some of the techniques we will cover so that students don't have to spend a lot of time researching in order to get started. It is recommended that students use CodePen to create work for the duration of the course, as we'll use preprocessors like SCSS as well as Babel for ES6, and resources like GSAP and Vue.js and codepen makes it easy to do so without time devoted to setup. If you like, you can also scroll to the CodePen collection section and fork one of the existing pens in those collections, they are comprehensive. GreenSock pens in the collection use member's only plugins that are CodePen-safe. For MorphSVG, DrawSVG, and FindShapeIndex sections, localhost will fail and using CodePen is recommended. For sections covering Nuxt, we will be using the directories listed in the Nuxt section below as well as their directories, prefixed with nuxt- here.

gsap-player - A small, customizable youtube-like player for gsap timelines

  •    Javascript

By default, the GSAP player will be 80% wide and 40px from the bottom of the viewport. You can configure it to be full-width or flush to the bottom, or slightly higher or lower. Bottom must be in a string. If you use full-width and keep the container defaulted to document.body, you should be sure that you've either used a reset or placed margin: 0 on the body due to strange browser defaults.

svg-workshop - Starter Materials for Advanced SVG Workshop

This repo houses the materials and resources for the Building and Animating SVGs Animation Workshop. Most of the materials for the course are outlined below, but there are also directories housed here of very basic examples of some of the techniques we will cover so that students don't have to spend a lot of time researching in order to get started. GreenSock pens in the collection use member's only plugins that are CodePen-safe. For MorphSVG, DrawSVG, and FindShapeIndex sections, localhost will fail and using CodePen is recommended. For sections covering React-Motion, it may make more sense to use Create-React-App so that your workflow more closely mirrors development, but that decision is up to you.
