File Upload widget with multiple file selection, drag&drop support, progress bar, validation and preview images, audio and video for jQuery. Supports cross-domain, chunked and resumable file uploads. pangu.js - 為什麼你們就是不能加個空格呢?

Paranoid text spacing for good readability, to automatically insert whitespace between CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) and half-width characters (alphabetical letters, numerical digits and symbols).

trash - Move files and folders to the trash

Works on macOS, Linux, and Windows. In contrast to fs.unlink, del, and rimraf which permanently delete files, this only moves them to the trash, which is much safer and reversible.

disc - :chart_with_upwards_trend: Visualise the module tree of browserify project bundles and track down bloat

Disc is a tool for analyzing the module tree of browserify project bundles. It's especially handy for catching large and/or duplicate modules which might be either bloating up your bundle or slowing down the build process. The demo included on disc's github page is the end result of running the tool on browserify's own code base.

node-fs-extra - Node.js: extra methods for the fs object like copy(), remove(), mkdirs()

fs-extra adds file system methods that aren't included in the native fs module and adds promise support to the fs methods. It should be a drop in replacement for fs.I got tired of including mkdirp, rimraf, and ncp in most of my projects.

node-jsonfile - Easily read/write JSON files.

Easily read/write JSON files in Node.js. Note: this module cannot be used in the browser.Writing JSON.stringify() and then fs.writeFile() and JSON.parse() with fs.readFile() enclosed in try/catch blocks became annoying.

chokidar - A neat wrapper around node.js fs.watch / fs.watchFile / fsevents.

A neat wrapper around node.js fs.watch / fs.watchFile / fsevents.Chokidar resolves these problems.

resumable

Resumable.js is a JavaScript library providing multiple simultaneous, stable and resumable uploads via the HTML5 File API. The library is designed to introduce fault-tolerance into the upload of large files through HTTP. This is done by splitting each file into small chunks. Then, whenever the upload of a chunk fails, uploading is retried until the procedure completes. This allows uploads to automatically resume uploading after a network connection is lost either locally or to the server. Additionally, it allows for users to pause, resume and even recover uploads without losing state because only the currently uploading chunks will be aborted, not the entire upload.

node-static - rfc 2616 compliant HTTP static-file server module, with built-in caching.

node-static understands and supports conditional GET and HEAD requests. node-static was inspired by some of the other static-file serving modules out there, such as node-paperboy and antinode. This will set the Cache-Control header, telling clients to cache the file for an hour. This is the default setting.

smart_open - Utils for streaming large files (S3, HDFS, gzip, bz2...)

There are a few optional keyword arguments that are useful only for S3 access. These are both passed to boto.s3_connect() as keyword arguments. The S3 reader supports gzipped content, as long as the key is obviously a gzipped file (e.g. ends with ".gz").

watermarkjs - :rice_scene: Watermarking for the browser

A functional library for watermarking images in the browser. Written with ES6, and made available to current browsers via Babel. Supports urls, file inputs, blobs, and on-page images. Note: For anyone that is interested: I ported this to a ClojureScript library called Dandy Roll.

del - Delete files and directories

Similar to rimraf, but with a Promise API and support for multiple files and globbing. It also protects you against deleting the current working directory and above.Support this project and improve your JavaScript skills with this great ES6 course by Wes Bos.
