ml - Machine learning tools in JavaScript

  •    Javascript

This library is a compilation of the tools developed in the mljs organization. It is mainly maintained for use in the browser. If you are working with Node.js, you might prefer to add to your dependencies only the libraries that you need, as they are usually published to npm more often. We prefix all our npm package names with ml- (eg. ml-matrix) so they are easy to find. It will be available as the global ML variable. The package is in UMD format and can be "required" within webpack or requireJS.

libmaxdiv - Implementation of the Maximally Divergent Intervals algorithm for Anomaly Detection in multivariate spatio-temporal time-series

  •    C++

Detecting Regions of Maximal Divergence for Spatio-Temporal Anomaly Detection. Björn Barz, Erik Rodner, Yanira Guanche Garcia, Joachim Denzler. IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, 2018. An efficient C++ implementation called libmaxdiv is provided in maxdiv/libmaxdiv and may be used stand-alone. If it has been built in maxdiv/libmaxdiv/bin, it will be used automatically by the GUI and the maxdiv function in the maxdiv.maxdiv Python package. See maxdiv/libmaxdiv/README.md for build instructions. Otherwise, the pure Python implementation of the MDI algorithm will be used, which is not recommended, since it is extremely slow and lacks some features such as support for spatial data.

elasticsearch-demo - Simple data mining workflow using Elasticsearch, Minio, and fluentd.

  •    Javascript

The purpose of this demo is to show how to feed data into Elasticsearch from API calls, Fluent, Aircraft Delays, BitCoin price, and a desired Twitter hashtag for data analytics and then archive them to S3. This demo will run Fluentd, Elastisearch, Kibana, and the Minio S3 Server in a microservices architecture. If you want to use the Twitter app to mine data from Twitter, modify the twitter section of docker-compose.yml with your developer API credentials.

K-means clustering aims to partition n observations into k clusters in which each observation belongs to the cluster with the nearest mean.

levenberg-marquardt - Curve fitting method in javascript

  •    Javascript

This algorithm is based on the article Brown, Kenneth M., and J. E. Dennis. "Derivative free analogues of the Levenberg-Marquardt and Gauss algorithms for nonlinear least squares approximation." Numerische Mathematik 18.4 (1971): 289-297. In order to get a general idea of the problem you could also check the Wikipedia article.

som - self-organizing map (SOM) / Kohonen network

  •    Javascript

Creates a new SOM instance with x * y dimensions. Train the SOM with the provided trainingSet.
