node-neo4j - [RETIRED] Neo4j graph database driver (REST API client) for Node.js

  •    CoffeeScript

This is a client library for accessing Neo4j, a graph database, from Node.js. It uses Neo4j's REST API, and supports Neo4j 1.5 through Neo4j 2.1. Node.js is asynchronous, which means this library is too: most functions take callbacks and return immediately, with the callbacks being invoked when the corresponding HTTP requests and responses finish.

CyberChef - The Cyber Swiss Army Knife - a web app for encryption, encoding, compression and data analysis

  •    Javascript

CyberChef is a simple, intuitive web app for carrying out all manner of "cyber" operations within a web browser. These operations include simple encoding like XOR or Base64, more complex encryption like AES, DES and Blowfish, creating binary and hexdumps, compression and decompression of data, calculating hashes and checksums, IPv6 and X.509 parsing, changing character encodings, and much more. The tool is designed to enable both technical and non-technical analysts to manipulate data in complex ways without having to deal with complex tools or algorithms. It was conceived, designed, built and incrementally improved by an analyst in their 10% innovation time over several years.

cypher-query - Node query builder for Cypher (tiny wrapper around string expressions)

  •    CoffeeScript

Progressive Cypher query builder API. Represnts the query as an object (a tiny wrapper around string expressions), allowing to pass it around and mutate it.Written in CoffeeScript.

neocons - A feature rich idiomatic Clojure client for the Neo4J REST API

tank-browser - A cypher browser based on sigmajs

  •    Javascript

The main purpose of this project is to simplify the creation of a graph visualisation for neo4j. To do that, I have develop a modular library based on SigmaJS, that is plug & play. It's just a sigmaJS plugin collection with a good integration and a neo4j interaction.

Pypher - Python Cypher Querybuilder

  •    Python

Pypher is a tiny library that focuses on building Cypher queries by constructing pure Python objects. Pypher is pretty simple and has a small interface. Pypher tries to replicate building a Cypher query by utilizing all of Python's magic methods behind the scenes.

neo4j-ml-procedures - This project provides procedures and functions to support machine learning applications with Neo4j

  •    Java

This project provides procedures and functions to support machine learning applications with Neo4j. Thanks a lot to Encog for the great library and to Stardog for the idea.

neo4j-script-procedures - Neo4j Procedures to declare, store and run Javascript based procedures

  •    Java

This project demonstrates how to create dynamic procedures and functions on top of Neo4j’s built in infrastructure. You can create JavaScript functions in your database that can be later run using the 'nashorn' engine.

neo4j-spark-connector - These are the beginnings / experiments of a Connector from Neo4j to Apache Spark using the new binary protocol for Neo4j, Bolt

  •    Scala

These are the beginnings of a Connector from Neo4j to Apache Spark 2.1 using the new binary protocol for Neo4j, Bolt. Find more information about the Bolt protocol, available drivers and documentation.

trumpworld-graph - Import, Extend, Query & Visualize the TrumpWorld Graph with Neo4j & Cypher (originally based on the BuzzFeed data)

  •    Jupyter

It all started with Jeremy Singer-Vine and his co-authors publishing a partial dataset of connections between organizations and people around Donald Trump. The data was made available as a public Google Document, which we imported into Neo4j so that it became queryable and visualizable.

decypher - A handful of cypher utilities for Node.js

  •    Javascript

decypher is a node.js library packing a handful of utilities to deal with cypher queries. Now that if what you want is only to parse cypher strings because you retrieved the files on your, own, you can alternatively use decypher.parse.

neo4j-3d-force-graph - Experiments with Neo4j & 3d-force-graph https://github

  •    HTML

Some experiments using Data in Neo4j to render 3d graphs using three-js via 3d-force-graph which is a really cool repository. These pages use the Neo4j javascript driver to query the graph for some basic data and render it in the 3d-graph.

apoc - Making Cypher queries dynamic and powerful

  •    Javascript

Apoc is a node module and a command-line tool for making dynamic Cypher queries. Using its Apoc Cypher Format (ACF), it adds the following features on top of Cypher. Apoc is not a mapper (ORM, ODM, ONM, OxM) of any kind, nor does it provide any "friendly" or "improved" transaction methods on top of the Neo4j REST API. It is just a tool for enhancing your experience with Cypher. You will still need to write your Cypher queries, but Apoc will make them more powerful and much easier to use.
