ZeroTierOne - A Smart Ethernet Switch for Earth

ZeroTier is a smart programmable Ethernet switch for planet Earth. It replaces the physical LAN/WAN boundary with a virtual one, allowing devices of any type at any location to be managed as if they all reside in the same cloud region or data center. All traffic is encrypted end-to-end and takes the most direct path available for minimum latency and maximum performance. The goals and design of ZeroTier are inspired by among other things the original Google BeyondCorp paper and the Jericho Forum.

flux-challenge - A frontend challenge to test UI architectures and solutions

You are Obi-Wan Kenobi's "IT" assistant at the Jedi Council, and your job is to create a User Interface for the Sith Database. Obi-Wan is travelling around the galaxy visiting many planets, doing an investigation. It is rumored that the homeworld of every Dark Jedi has a distinctive Sith emblem marked on their house where they were born/raised, and Obi-Wan wants to check if this rumor is true. The Jedi Master requested you to make a dashboard-like UI showing a list of Sith lords sorted by apprenticeship (row N is the Sith Lord who was master of the Dark Jedi below at row N+1). The dashboard also shows at the top the current planet which Obi-Wan is visiting at the moment. The UI is supposed to verify if any of those Dark Jedis currently displayed on the list was born at the planet Obi-Wan is currently visiting, and if any, display that Dark Jedi in red.

RIZAP

RIZAP (Realtime Internet ZAP) is a graphic program that shows realtime traffic on a network. Each packet is shown as a quot;zapquot;, a line between nodes located in the local and remote networks. It is useful for telling network health at a glance (esp. WAN).

AiEngine - Packet Inspection Engine

AIEngine is a packet inspection engine with capabilities of learning without any human intervention. AIEngine helps network/security profesionals to identify traffic and develop signatures for use them on NIDS, Firewalls, Traffic classifiers and so on or use them on the engine automatically.

CarND-Path-Planning-Project - Create a path planner that is able to navigate a car safely around a virtual highway

You can download the Term3 Simulator which contains the Path Planning Project from the [releases tab (https://github.com/udacity/self-driving-car-sim/releases/tag/T3_v1.2). In this project your goal is to safely navigate around a virtual highway with other traffic that is driving +-10 MPH of the 50 MPH speed limit. You will be provided the car's localization and sensor fusion data, there is also a sparse map list of waypoints around the highway. The car should try to go as close as possible to the 50 MPH speed limit, which means passing slower traffic when possible, note that other cars will try to change lanes too. The car should avoid hitting other cars at all cost as well as driving inside of the marked road lanes at all times, unless going from one lane to another. The car should be able to make one complete loop around the 6946m highway. Since the car is trying to go 50 MPH, it should take a little over 5 minutes to complete 1 loop. Also the car should not experience total acceleration over 10 m/s^2 and jerk that is greater than 10 m/s^3.

FileCarriage

Stand alone server (daemon) that accepts and saves incoming files from a FileCarriage client. LAN/WAN (TCP/IP) based, simple client-server. Supports scheduling, file-compression (zipping), file flitering and white/black listing.

amaroK Web Frontend

A script that enhances KDE's amaroK that will allow users on either a LAN or a WAN to access and play the music indexed by amaroK.

Wopy is yet another Wake on LAN/WAN tool, that allow a computer to be turned on or woken up remotely by a network message sent usually on another computer on the network.

SendMSG

SendMSG is a client/server application which helps users to send secure message, chat and send files via LAN, WAN or the Internet. Visit http://send-msg.sourceforge.net for more information.

SymmetricDS - Multi Database Replication

SymmetricDS is a database and file synchronization solution that is platform-independent, web-enabled, and database agnostic. SymmetricDS was built to make data replication across two to tens of thousands of databases and file systems fast, easy and resilient. It supports near real time, bi-directional data replication across large node networks over the WAN or LAN.

Peer to Peer file-system

p2p-fs is a Peer to Peer file system in user space, using FUSE. Allows you to share files over an LAN and/or WAN. Can be mounted as a normal file system under Linux.

augmented-traffic-control - Augmented Traffic Control: A tool to simulate network conditions

Full documentation for the project is available at http://facebook.github.io/augmented-traffic-control/.In order to be able to shape the network traffic, ATC must be running on a device that routes the traffic and sees the real IP address of the device, like your network gateway for instance. This also allows any devices that route through ATC to be able to shape their traffic. Traffic can be shaped/unshaped using a web interface allowing any devices with a web browser to use ATC without the need for a client application.

SUMO - Simulation of Urban Mobility

"Simulation of Urban MObility" (SUMO) is an open source, highly portable, microscopic traffic simulation package designed to handle large road networks and different modes of transport. It is mainly developed by employees of the Institute of Transportation Systems at the German Aerospace Center. It allows for intermodal simulation including pedestrians and comes with a large set of tools for scenario creation.

CarND-Traffic-Sign-Classifier-Project - Classify Traffic Signs.

In this project, you will use what you've learned about deep neural networks and convolutional neural networks to classify traffic signs. You will train and validate a model so it can classify traffic sign images using the German Traffic Sign Dataset. After the model is trained, you will then try out your model on images of German traffic signs that you find on the web. We have included an Ipython notebook that contains further instructions and starter code. Be sure to download the Ipython notebook.
