zen-server - a lean and mean http router for node.js

  •        1

Is the main module of ZEN, that there you will find all necessary tools to create web servers with NodeJS. The main difference from others solutions is the not dependency of third modules, very common in NodeJS projects but that ultimately can create problems. Our engagement is use the fewer dependencies and offer our experiences with NodeJS easily and intuitive.

mongodb-rest - (outdated/abandoned) REST Server for MongoDB (using node.js)

  •    Javascript

This is a REST server for MongoDB using Node, using the native node.js MongoDB driver. Using Express, it can now start in any folder and will happily server any files a public folder. Installation is now via npm: npm install mongodb-rest. After that you can just issue mongodb-rest on the command line and the server should start.

ts-express-decorators - :triangular_ruler: A TypeScript Framework on top of Express

  •    TypeScript

Ts.ED is a framework on top of Express to write your application with TypeScript (or in ES6). It provides a lot of decorators to write your code. Important! TsExpressDecorators requires Node >= 6, Express >= 4, TypeScript >= 2.0 and the experimentalDecorators, emitDecoratorMetadata, types and lib compilation options in your tsconfig.json file.

vines - An XMPP chat server for Ruby.

  •    Ruby

Vines is an XMPP chat server that supports thousands of simultaneous connections, using EventMachine for asynchronous IO. User data is stored in a SQL database, CouchDB, MongoDB, Redis, the file system, or a custom storage implementation that you provide. LDAP authentication can be used so user names and passwords aren't stored in the chat database. SSL encryption is mandatory on all client and server connections. The server includes support for web chat clients, using BOSH (XMPP over HTTP). A sample web application is available in the vines-web gem.

NodeAPI - Simple RESTful API implementation on Node.js + MongoDB.

  •    Javascript

NodeAPI is REST API server implementation built on top Node.js and Express.js with Mongoose.js for MongoDB integration. Access control follows OAuth 2.0 spec with the help of OAuth2orize and Passport.js. This is updated code that follows RESTful API With Node.js + MongoDB article.

memdb - Distributed Transactional In-Memory Database (全球首个支持分布式事务的MongoDB)

  •    Javascript

Copy default config file from node_modules/memdb-server/memdb.conf.js to ~/.memdb/ (mkdir if not exist), and modify it on your need. Please read comments carefully. See the video bellow, note how ACID transaction work cross multiple shards.

react-engine - a composite render engine for universal (isomorphic) express apps to render both plain react views and react-router views

  •    Javascript

Pass in a JavaScript object as options to the react-engine's server engine create method. The options object should contain the mandatory routes property with the route definition.routesFilePath: <String> - path for the file that contains the react router routes. react-engine uses this behind the scenes to reload the routes file in cases where express's app property view cache is false, this way you don't need to restart the server every time a change is made in the view files or routes file.

pms-docker - Plex Media Server Docker repo, for all your PMS docker needs.

  •    Shell

With our easy-to-install Plex Media Server software and your Plex apps, available on all your favorite phones, tablets, streaming devices, gaming consoles, and smart TVs, you can stream your video, music, and photo collections any time, anywhere, to any device. The bridge networking creates an entirely new network within the host and runs containers within there. This network is connected to the physical network via an internal router and docker configures this router to forward certain ports through to the containers within. The host networking uses the IP address of the host running docker such that a container's networking appears to be the host rather than separate. The macvlan networking creates a new virtual computer on the network which is the container. For purposes of setting up a plex container, the host and macvlan are very similar in configuration.

go-redis-server - A Go implementation of the Redis server protocol

  •    Go

There are plenty of good client implementations of the redis protocol, but not many server implementations. go-redis-server is a helper library for building server software capable of speaking the redis protocol. This could be an alternate implementation of redis, a custom proxy to redis, or even a completely different backend capable of "masquerading" its API as a redis database.

hubot-irc - IRC adapter for Hubot

  •    CoffeeScript

Note: The default hubot configuration will use a redis based brain that assumes the redis server is already running. Either start your local redis server (usually with redis-start &) or remove the redis-brain.coffee script from the default hubot-scripts.json file. The IRC adapter requires only the following environment variables.

jugglingdb - Multi-database ORM for nodejs: redis, mongodb, mysql, sqlite3, postgresql, arango, in-memory

  •    Javascript

JugglingDB is cross-db ORM for nodejs, providing common interface to access most popular database formats. Currently supported are: mysql, sqlite3, postgres, mongodb, redis and js-memory-storage (yep, self-written engine for test-usage only). You can add your favorite database adapter, checkout one of the existing adapters to learn how. Jugglingdb also works on client-side (using WebService and Memory adapters), which allows to write rich client-side apps talking to server using JSON API.
