vinyl-paths - Get the file paths in a vinyl stream

  •        12

Useful when you need to use the file paths from a gulp pipeline in Promise-returning node module.Simply pass a promise-returning function such as del and vinyl-paths will provide each path in the stream as the first argument.

vinyl-source-stream - :cyclone: Use conventional text streams at the start of your gulp or vinyl pipelines

  •    Javascript

Use conventional text streams at the start of your gulp or vinyl pipelines, making for nicer interoperability with the existing npm stream ecosystem.Take, for example, browserify. There are the gulp-browserify and gulpify plugins, which you can use in combination with gulp to get browserify working in your build. Unfortunately, these plugins come with additional overhead: an extra GitHub repository, npm module, maintainer, tests, semantics, etc. It's much simpler in this case to use the original module directly where you can, which is what vinyl-source-stream handles for you.

vinyl-fs - Vinyl adapter for the file system.

  •    Javascript

Vinyl adapter for the file system. Vinyl is a very simple metadata object that describes a file. When you think of a file, two attributes come to mind: path and contents. These are the main attributes on a Vinyl object. A file does not necessarily represent something on your computer’s file system. You have files on S3, FTP, Dropbox, Box, CloudThingly.io and other services. Vinyl can be used to describe files from all of these sources.

optimizedhtml-start-template - OptimizedHTML is all-inclusive, optimized for Google PageSpeed start HTML5 template with Bootstrap (grid only), Gulp, Sass, Browsersync, Autoprefixer, Clean-CSS, Uglify, Imagemin, Vinyl-FTP (+Rsync) and Bower (libs path) support

OptimizedHTML is all-inclusive, optimized for Google PageSpeed start HTML5 template with Bootstrap (grid only), Gulp, Sass, Browsersync, Autoprefixer, Clean-CSS, Uglify, Imagemin, Vinyl-FTP and Bower (libs path) support. The template contains a .htaccess file with caching rules for web server. OptimizedHTML Start Template uses the best practices of web development and optimized for Google PageSpeed.

vinyl-ftp - Blazing fast vinyl adapter for FTP

  •    Javascript

Blazing fast vinyl adapter for FTP. Supports parallel transfers, conditional transfers, buffered or streamed files, and more. Often performs better than your favorite desktop FTP client. You can override parallel and reload per stream in their options.

gulp-filter - Filter files in a vinyl stream

  •    Javascript

Enables you to work on a subset of the original files by filtering them using glob patterns. When you're done and want all the original files back you just use the restore stream.By combining and restoring different filters you can process different sets of files with a single pipeline.

gulp-if - Conditionally run a task

  •    Javascript

A ternary gulp plugin: conditionally control the flow of vinyl objects. Note: Badly behaved plugins can often get worse when used with gulp-if. Typically the fix is not in gulp-if.

gulp-awspublish - gulp plugin to publish files to amazon s3

  •    Javascript

Note: If you follow the aws-sdk suggestions for providing your credentials you don't need to pass them in to create the publisher. create a through stream, that gzip file and add Content-Encoding header.

node-source-map-support - Adds source map support to node.js (for stack traces)

  •    Javascript

This module provides source map support for stack traces in node via the V8 stack trace API. It uses the source-map module to replace the paths and line numbers of source-mapped files with their original paths and line numbers. The output mimics node's stack trace format with the goal of making every compile-to-JS language more of a first-class citizen. Source maps are completely general (not specific to any one language) so you can use source maps with multiple compile-to-JS languages in the same node process. If multiple sourceMappingURL comments exist in one file, the last sourceMappingURL comment will be respected (e.g. if a file mentions the comment in code, or went through multiple transpilers). The path should either be absolute or relative to the compiled file.

paths - Build and edit SVGs in the browser

  •    Javascript

Paths is an SVG path element editor intended to demonstrate the path syntax in an interactive interface. Compared to other SVG elements, the path command syntax can look intimidating. This app is intended to help users understand how the commands work and how to get started with coding and manipulating paths. The path element is used to create complex shapes based on a series of commands. Each command begins with a letter and is followed by numbers representing x/y coordinates according to the SVG’s viewBox attribute. Uppercase letters represent absolute coordinate movements, and lowercase letters represent relative movements. For simplicity, the Paths app only supports absolute movements.

paths-js - Generate SVG paths for geometric shapes :bar_chart:

  •    Javascript

Paths.js is a library to generate SVG paths, allowing you to create your own charts using a functional and testable API. It provides the primitives to create various shapes and charts starting from raw data, but it does not prescribe how you render these charts. This means you can use Paths.js to build components for your favorite frontend framework, and works even server-side on NodeJS. Paths.js offers three APIs, of increasing abstraction. The lowest level is a chainable API to generate an arbitrary SVG path. On top of this, paths for simple geometric shapes such as polygons or circle sectors are defined. At the highest level, there is an API to generate some simple graphs (pie, line chart, radar...) for a collection of data, assembling the simple shapes.

gulp-rev-replace - Rewrite occurences of filenames which have been renamed by gulp-rev

  •    Javascript

Pipe through a stream which has both the files you want to be updated, as well as the files which have been renamed. For example, we can use gulp-useref to concatenate assets in an index.html, and then use gulp-rev and gulp-rev-replace to cache-bust them.

webpack-stream - :tropical_drink: Run webpack through a stream interface

  •    Javascript

Run webpack as a stream to conveniently integrate with gulp. The above will compile src/entry.js into assets with webpack into dist/ with the output filename of [hash].js (webpack generated hash of the build).

gulp-changed - Only pass through changed files

  •    Javascript

No more wasting precious time on processing unchanged files.By default it's only able to detect whether files in the stream changed. If you require something more advanced like knowing if imports/dependencies changed, create a custom comparator, or use another plugin.

path-util - A robust cross-platform utility for normalizing, comparing and modifying file paths.

  •    PHP

This package provides robust, cross-platform utility functions for normalizing, comparing and modifying file paths and URLs. Learn more in the Documentation and the API Docs.

react-native-pathjs-charts - Android and iOS charts based on react-native-svg and paths-js

  •    Javascript

This library is a cross-platform (iOS/Android) library of charts/graphs using react-native-svg and paths-js based on the excellent work done by Roman Samec in the react-pathjs-chart library. The project is an early attempt at providing a ubiquitous solution for charts & graphs for React Native that offer a unified view across devices. Components include Pie charts, Bar charts, Smoothline charts, Stockline charts, Scatterplots, Tree graphs and Radar graphs. Since Paths-Js makes no assumptions about rendering, this library is perfect for using SVG path objects to render custom charts easily.

gulp-useref - Parse build blocks in HTML files to replace references to non-optimized scripts or stylesheets

  •    Javascript

Inspired by the grunt plugin grunt-useref. It can handle file concatenation but not minification. Files are then passed down the stream. For minification of assets or other modifications, use gulp-if to conditionally handle specific types of assets. Changes under the hood have made the code more efficient and simplified the API. Since the API has changed, please observe the usage examples below.
