yall.js - A fast, flexible, and small image lazy loader!

yall.js is a featured-packed lazy loading script for <img>, <picture>, <video> and <iframe> elements. It works in all modern browsers including IE11. It uses Intersection Observer where available, but falls back to scroll, touchmove, resize, and orientationchange events where necessary. It can also monitor the DOM for changes using Mutation Observer to lazy load image elements that have been appended to the DOM after initial page render, which may be desirable for single page applications. It can also (optionally) optimize use of browser idle time using requestIdleCallback. It’s written in pure JavaScript why it doesn’t depend on 3rd-party libraries such as jQuery. It lets you lazy load and multi-serve your images so you can save bandwidth and server requests. The user will have faster load times and save data usage if he/she doesn't browse the whole page. If you don't want to host the script yourself you can link to the latest minified file: //cdn.jsdelivr.net/blazy/latest/blazy.min.js on jsDelivr. Exchange latest with the specific version number if you want to lock it in.

loadJS - A simple function for asynchronously loading JavaScript files

Place the loadJS function inline in the head of your page (it can also be included in an external JavaScript file if preferable). Number 2 above is the main reason we use loadJS. Say you want to check if querySelector is supported before requesting your entire DOM framework and UI scripting - you'll need to use a script loader to do that. This leads to increased page load times and reduced performance. Basket.js is a project dedicated to aleviating this problem. Basket.js loads your site's scripts into a page and saves them in localStorage so they can be reused after the session until they are expired. jmeter-ec2 - Automates running Apache JMeter on Amazon EC2

This shell script will allow you to run your local JMeter jmx files either using Amazon's EC2 service or you can provide it with a simple, comma-delimited list of hosts to use. Summary results are printed to the console as the script runs and then all result data is downloaded and concatenated to one file when the test completes ready for more detailed analysis offline. By default it will launch the required hardware using Amazon EC2. Using AWS it is much easier and cheaper to scale your test over multiple slaves but if you need to you can also pass in a list of pre-prepared hostnames and the test load will be distributed over these instead. Using your own servers can be useful when the target server to be tested can not be easily accessed from a location external to your test network or you want to repeat a test iteratively.
