cosmos - Algorithms that run our universe | Your personal library of every algorithm and data structure code that you will ever encounter | Ask us anything at our forum

  •        26

Cosmos is your personal offline collection of every algorithm and data structure one will ever encounter and use in a lifetime. This provides solutions in various languages spanning C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Swift, Python, Go and others. This work is maintained by a community of hundreds of people and is a massive collaborative effort to bring the readily available coding knowledge offline.

quark - Stay happy while offline | World's first offline search engine.

  •    C++

This is the World's first Offline code Search Engine presented by OpenGenus Foundation. You can, now, search code for any algorithm or data-structure in your favorite language even when you are not connected to the internet. We are on a mission to bring the best parts of the Internet Offline, enable people to work offline for a longer period of time and revolutionize the way people interact with the web.

Java - All Algorithms implemented in Java

  •    Java

Algorithms are implemented in Java. This is for education purpose only. Algorithms include Sorting, Search Algorithms, Dynamic Programming, Ciphers, Data Structures and few more.

Python - All Algorithms implemented in Python

  •    Python

These are for demonstration purposes only. There are many implementations of sorts in the Python standard library that are much better for performance reasons. From Wikipedia: Bubble sort, sometimes referred to as sinking sort, is a simple sorting algorithm that repeatedly steps through the list to be sorted, compares each pair of adjacent items and swaps them if they are in the wrong order. The pass through the list is repeated until no swaps are needed, which indicates that the list is sorted.

javascript-algorithms - 🤖 Algorithms and data structures implemented in JavaScript with explanations and links to further readings

  •    Javascript

This repository contains JavaScript based examples of many popular algorithms and data structures. Each algorithm and data structure has its own separate README with related explanations and links for further reading (including ones to YouTube videos).

algorithms - algorithms playground for common questions

  •    Ruby

Algorithms playground for common questions solved in ruby syntax. In case you want to prepare yourself for a job interview - try to solve it yourself first, then have a look here.I interviewed with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others. I also interviewed others myself. Sometimes it looks like they all ask you the same "out of the box" questions that don't really check knowledge but memorization of the same tricks. This is my way of saying - change your interview style. There are lots of smart people out there, this is not the best way to find them.

interview - Data Structures and Algorithms in Java (useful in interview process)

  •    Java

Very useful in interview process for Java Software Development Engineer (SDE). The loop executes N times, so the sequence of statements also executes N times. If we assume the statements are O(1), the total time for the for loop is N * O(1), which is O(N) overall.

algorithms_and_data_structures - 180+ Algorithm & Data Structure Problems using C++

  •    C++

Note: Some of the code here is old and was written when I was learning C++. It might be possible that code is not safe or making wrong assumptions. Please use with caution. Pull requests are always welcome. Include contains single header implementation of data structures and some algorithms.

DataStructureAndAlgorithms - Write code that run faster, use less memory and prepare for your Job Interview

  •    Java

In this course you will learn how to Analysis algorithms like Sorting, Searching, and Graph algorithms. And how to reduce the code complexity from one Big-O level to another level. Furthermore, you will learn different type of Data Structure for your code. Also you will learn how to find Big-O for every data structure, and how to apply correct Data Structure to your problem in Java. By the end you will be able to write code that run faster and use low memory. You Also will learn how to analysis problems using Dynamic programming.

Data-Structures-and-Algorithms - Data Structures and Algorithms implementation in Go

There are several data structures and algorithms implemented in this project. The list will be replenished with time. The library is not intended for direct use by importing. We strongly recommend copying the necessary implementations and adjusting to your case.

tech-interview-handbook - 💯 Algorithms study materials, behavioral content and tips for rocking your coding interview

  •    Javascript

This repository has practical content that covers all phases of a technical interview, from applying for a job to passing the interviews to offer negotiation. Technically competent candidates might still find the non-technical content helpful as well. Anybody who wants to land a job at a tech company but is new to technical interviews, seasoned engineers who have not been on the other side of the interviewing table in a while and want to get back into the game, or anyone who wants to be better at technical interviewing.

C-Sharp-Algorithms - A C# plug-and-play class-library project of standard Data Structures and Algorithms

  •    CSharp

A C# plug-and-play class-library project of standard Data Structures and Algorithms. It contains 35+ Data Structures and 30+ Algorithms designed as Object-Oriented isolated components. Even though this project started for educational purposes, the implemented Data Structures and Algorithms are standard, efficient, stable and tested.This project originally started out as an interview preparation project. However, after receiving a great amount of positive responses on reddit, and noticing excitement from a few GitHubers to contribute furthermore to it, the project took on a different meaning. So, I decided to keep maintaining it as a reference for data structures and algorithm implementations in C# as well as my own research side-project under these topics.

algorithms - Ruby algorithms and data structures. C extensions

  •    Ruby

Using the right data structure or algorithm for the situation is an important aspect of programming. In computer science literature, many data structures and algorithms have been researched and extensively documented. However, there is still no standard library in Ruby implementing useful structures and algorithms like Red/Black Trees, tries, different sorting algorithms, etc. This project will create such a library with documentation on when to use a particular structure/algorithm. It will also come with a benchmark suite to compare performance in different situations. See LICENSE.md.

binarytree - Python Library for Studying Binary Trees

  •    Python

Binarytree is a Python library which provides a simple API to generate, visualize, inspect and manipulate binary trees. It allows you to skip the tedious work of setting up test data, and dive straight into practising your algorithms. Heaps and BSTs (binary search trees) are also supported. You may need to use sudo depending on your environment.

front-end-interview-handbook - 🕸 Almost complete answers to "Front-end Job Interview Questions" which you can use to interview potential candidates, test yourself or completely ignore

  •    Javascript

Unlike typical software engineer job interviews, front-end job interviews have less emphasis on algorithms and have more questions on intricate knowledge and expertise about the domain — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, just to name a few areas. While there are some existing resources to help front end developers in preparing for interviews, they aren't as abundant as materials for a software engineer interview. Among the existing resources, probably the most helpful question bank would be Front-end Developer Interview Questions. Unfortunately, I couldn't find many complete and satisfactory answers to these questions online, hence here is my attempt at answering them. Being an open source repository, the project can live on with the support of the community as the state of web evolves.
