phpiredis - PHP extension for Redis based on Hiredis

  •        172

Phpiredis is an extension for PHP 5.x and 7.x based on hiredis that provides a simple and efficient client for Redis and a fast incremental parser / serializer for the RESP protocol.Building and using this extension requires hiredis (>=0.9.0 <1.0.0) to be installed on the system. hiredis is usually available in the repositories of most Linux distributions, alternatively it is possible to build it by fetching the code from its repository.

predis - Flexible and feature-complete Redis client for PHP and HHVM

  •    PHP

Flexible and feature-complete Redis client for PHP >= 5.3 and HHVM >= 2.3.0.Predis does not require any additional C extension by default, but it can be optionally paired with phpiredis to lower the overhead of the serialization and parsing of the Redis RESP Protocol. For an experimental asynchronous implementation of the client you can refer to Predis\Async.

predis-async - Asynchronous PHP client library for Redis built on top of ReactPHP

  •    PHP

Asynchronous (non-blocking) version of Predis, the full-featured PHP client library for Redis, built on top of React to handle evented I/O. By default Predis\Async does not require any additional C extension to work, but it can be optionally paired with phpiredis to sensibly lower the overhead of serializing and parsing the Redis protocol.Predis\Async is currently under development but already works pretty well. The client foundation is being built on top of the event loop abstraction offered by React, an event-oriented framework for PHP that aims to provide everything needed to create reusable libraries and long-running applications using an evented approach powered by non-blocking I/O. This library is partially tested on HHVM, but support for this runtime should be considered experimental.

redis-windows - Vagrant redis configuration and the binary releases of MS Open Tech redis port of windows

  •    Shell

This project contains the binary releases of MS Open Tech redis port of windows as well as a vagrant configuration for redis letting you run the native version of Redis in a Virtual Box VM.Whilst it's recommended to use Redis on Linux in production, it is often useful for developers on Windows platforms to have their own local version of redis running to develop with.

Go Redis - Type-safe Redis client for Golang

  •    Go

Redis client for Golang. It supports Publish /Subscribe. Transactions. Pipeline and TxPipeline. Scripting. Timeouts. Redis Sentinel. Redis Cluster. Cluster of Redis Servers without using cluster mode and Redis Sentinel. Ring. Instrumentation. Cache friendly. Rate limiting. Distributed Locks.

corvus - A fast and lightweight Redis Cluster Proxy for Redis 3.0

  •    C

Corvus is a fast and lightweight redis cluster proxy for redis 3.0 with cluster mode enabled. Most redis client implementations don't support redis cluster. We have a lot of services relying on redis, which are written in Python, Java, Go, Nodejs etc. It's hard to provide redis client libraries for multiple languages without breaking compatibilities. We used twemproxy before, but it relies on sentinel for high availabity, it also requires restarting to add or remove backend redis instances, which causes service interruption. And twemproxy is single threaded, we have to deploy multiple twemproxy instances for large number of clients, which causes the sa headaches.

fakeredis - Fake implementation of redis API (redis-py) for testing purposes

  •    Python

fakeredis is a pure python implementation of the redis-py python client that simulates talking to a redis server. This was created for a single purpose: to write unittests. Setting up redis is not hard, but many times you want to write unittests that do not talk to an external server (such as redis). This module now allows tests to simply use this module as a reasonable substitute for redis. Fakeredis implements the same interface as redis-py, the popular redis client for python, and models the responses of redis 2.6.

RedisDesktopManager - Cross-platform GUI management tool for Redis

  •    C++

Redis Desktop Manager (aka RDM) — is a fast Redis database management application. It works with Amazon ElastiCache, Microsoft Azure Redis Cache and Redis Labs. It provides basic operations like View keys as a tree, CRUD keys, Execute commands via shell, List connected clients, Pub/Sub channels and Slow log commands, Import data from RDB files, Copy data between databases and lot more.

redis-rs - Redis library for rust

  •    Rust

Redis-rs is a high level redis library for Rust. It provides convenient access to all Redis functionality through a very flexible but low-level API. It uses a customizable type conversion trait so that any operation can return results in just the type you are expecting. This makes for a very pleasant development experience.Documentation on the library can be found at

redis-cell - A Redis module that provides rate limiting in Redis as a single command.

  •    Rust

A Redis module that provides rate limiting in Redis as a single command. Implements the fairly sophisticated generic cell rate algorithm (GCRA) which provides a rolling time window and doesn't depend on a background drip process. The primitives exposed by Redis are perfect for doing work around rate limiting, but because it's not built in, it's very common for companies and organizations to implement their own rate limiting logic on top of Redis using a mixture of basic commands and Lua scripts (I've seen this at both Heroku and Stripe for example). This can often result in naive implementations that take a few tries to get right. The directive of redis-cell is to provide a language-agnostic rate limiter that's easily pluggable into many cloud architectures.

redis-namespace - This gem adds a Redis::Namespace class which can be used to namespace Redis keys.

  •    Ruby
