react-native-modal-datetime-picker - A React-Native datetime-picker for Android and iOS

  •        440

A declarative cross-platform react-native datetime-picker. This library exposes a cross-platform interface for showing the native date-picker and time-picker inside a modal. You will have an unified user experience, you won't have to worry anymore about testing the device platform and you won't have to programmatically call the Android TimePicker/DatePicker APIs.

react-native-date-picker - React Native Date Picker - A datepicker for Android and iOS

  •    Java

📅   React Native Date Picker is a cross platform component working on both iOS and Android. It uses the slightly improved DatePickerIOS on iOS and a custom picker on Android which has similar look and feel. The datetime mode might be particulary interesting if you looking for a way to avoid two different popup pickers on android. Unfortunately, expo does not support this date picker at the moment. Upvote this feature request if you would like to have it included.

react-native-modal-picker - A cross-platform (iOS / Android), selector/picker component for React Native that is highly customizable and supports sections

react-native-image-picker - A React Native module that allows you to use native UI to select media from the device library or directly from the camera

  •    Java

This library started as a basic bridge of the native iOS image picker, and I want to keep it that way. As such, functionality beyond what the native UIImagePickerController supports will not be supported here. Multiple image selection, more control over the crop tool, and landscape support are things missing from the native iOS functionality - not issues with my library. If you need these things, react-native-image-crop-picker might be a better choice for you. IMPORTANT NOTE: You'll still need to perform step 4 for iOS and steps 2 and 5 for Android of the manual instructions below.

CalendarPicker - CalendarPicker Component for React Native

  •    Javascript

Note: react-native-calendar-picker v5 is a complete re-write of the calendar. This calendar is now written using ES6 syntax. I kept most of the same functionalities and added support for date ranges. CalendarPicker requires Moment JS. Date props may be anything parseable by Moment: Javascript Date, Moment date, or ISO8601 datetime string.

react-native-modal - An enhanced, animated and customizable react-native modal

  •    Javascript

react-native-country-picker-modal - 🇨🇦 Country picker provides a modal allowing a user to select a country from a list

  •    Javascript

A simple example to display a CountryPicker component with a dark theme. You need to download a light colored image for the close button, for example this one. YES : It used the world-countries package and image is stored into json and base64.

react-native-image-crop-picker - iOS/Android image picker with support for camera, configurable compression, multiple images and cropping

  •    Objective-C

Android: The prop 'cropping' has been known to cause videos not to be display in the gallery on Android. Please do not set cropping to true when selecting videos.Module is creating tmp images which are going to be cleaned up automatically somewhere in the future. If you want to force cleanup, you can use clean to clean all tmp files, or cleanSingle(path) to clean single tmp file.

react-native-root-modal - A pure JavaScript solution for react native`s modal component

react-native-wheel-picker

react-native-lightbox - Images etc in Full Screen Lightbox Popovers for React Native

  •    Javascript

navigator property is optional but recommended on iOS, see next section for Navigator configuration. For android support you must pass a reference to a Navigator since it does not yet have the Modal component and is not on the official todo list. See the Example project for a complete example.

react-native-exception-handler - A react native module that lets you to register a global error handler that can capture fatal/non fatal uncaught exceptions

  •    Objective-C

A react native module that lets you to register a global error handler that can capture fatal/non fatal uncaught exceptions. The module helps prevent abrupt crashing of RN Apps without a graceful message to the user. V2 of this module now supports catching Unhandled Native Exceptions also along with the JS Exceptions ✌🏻🍻 There are NO breaking changes. So its safe to upgrade from v1 to v2. So there is no reason not to 😉.

react-native-document-picker - Document Picker for React Native using Document Providers

  •    Java

A React Native wrapper for Apple's UIDocumentMenuViewController and for Android's Intent.ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT / Intent.ACTION_PICK. I recommend using https://github.com/johanneslumpe/react-native-fs I had to modify Uploader.m so it would use NSFileCoordinator with NSFileCoordinatorReadingForUploading option.

jsc-android-buildscripts - Script for building JavaScriptCore for Android (for React Native but not only)

  •    Javascript

The aim of this project is to provide maintainable build scripts for the JavaScriptCore JavaScript engine and allow the React Native project to incorporate up-to-date releases of JSC into the framework on Android. This project is based on facebook/android-jsc but instead of rewriting JSC's build scripts into BUCK files, it relies on CMake build scripts maintained in a GTK branch of WebKit maintained by the WebKitGTK team (great work btw!). Thanks to that, with just a small amount of work we should be able to build not only current but also future releases of JSC. An obvious benefit for everyone using React Native is that this will allow us to update JSC for React Native on Android much more often than before (note that facebook/android-jsc uses JSC version from Nov 2014), which is especially helpful since React Native on iOS uses the built-in copy of JSC that is updated with each major iOS release (see this as a reference).

react-native-popover - A <Popover /> component for react-native

  •    Javascript

A <Popover> component for react-native. This is still very much a work in progress and only handles the simplest of cases, ideas and contributions are very welcome. However, as an alternative, I recommend you use @brentvatne's react-native-overlay library to wrap <Popover /> and bring it to the front no matter where it sits in the render tree.
