Its major features include powerful full-text search, hit highlighting, faceted search, dynamic clustering, database integration, and rich document (e.g., Word, PDF) handling. Solr is highly scalable, providing distributed search and index replication, and it powers the search and navigation features of many of the world's largest internet sites.

aws-serverless-java-container - A Java wrapper to run Spring, Jersey, Spark, and other apps inside AWS Lambda

The aws-serverless-java-container is collection of interfaces and their implementations that let you run Java application written with frameworks such as Jersey or Spark in AWS Lambda. The library contains a core artifact called aws-serverless-java-container-core that defines the interfaces and base classes required as well as default implementation of the Java servlet HttpServletRequest and HttpServletResponse. The library also includes two initial implementations of the interfaces to support Jersey apps (aws-serverless-java-container-jersey) and Spark (aws-serverless-java-container-spark).

Fusion-io MS SQL Server scripts

Fusion-io's Sumeet Bansal shows how Microsoft SQL Server users can quickly determine whether their database will benefit from Fusion-io ioMemory products.

Flocker - Container data volume manager for your Dockerized application

Flocker is an open-source Container Data Volume Manager for your Dockerized applications. By providing tools for data migrations, Flocker gives ops teams the tools they need to run containerized stateful services like databases in production. Unlike a Docker data volume which is tied to a single server, a Flocker data volume, called a dataset, is portable and can be used with any container, no matter where that container is running.

MCU Fusion

MCU Fusion is a powerfull and extensible application for programming various devices like microcontrollers, ROM, etc.

Spatial Solr Plugin for Lucene and Solr

With the continuous efforts of adjusting search results to focused target audieces, there's an increasing demand for incorporating geographical location information into the standard search functionality. Spatial Solr Plugin (SSP) is a free, standalone plug-in which enables Geo / Location Based Search, and is built on top of the open source projects Apache Solr and Apache Lucene.

Kontena - The Developer Friendly Container & Microservices Platform

Kontena is a new developer friendly, open source platform for orchestrating applications that are run on Docker containers. It simplifies deploying and running containerized applications on any infrastructure. By leveraging technologies such as Docker, CoreOS and Weave, it provides complete solution for organizations of any size.

Docker - The Linux container engine

Docker is an open-source engine that automates the deployment of any application as a lightweight, portable, self-sufficient container that will run virtually anywhere. Common use cases for Docker include Automating the packaging and deployment of applications, Creation of lightweight, private PAAS environments, Automated testing and continuous integration/deployment, Deploying and scaling web apps, databases and backend services

Portainer - Simple management UI for Docker

Portainer is a lightweight management UI which allows you to easily manage your different Docker environments (Docker hosts or Swarm clusters). Portainer is meant to be as simple to deploy as it is to use. It consists of a single container that can run on any Docker engine (can be deployed as Linux container or a Windows native container). It allows you to manage your Docker containers, images, volumes, networks and more ! It is compatible with the standalone Docker engine and with Docker Swarm mode.

build-a-saas-app-with-flask - Learn how to build a production ready web app with Flask and Docker.

Learn how to build a production ready web app with Flask and Docker. Level up and win that dream software developer job. In the course we build up a 4,000+ line Flask application in 15 stages while I'm at your side explaining my thought process along the way.

longshoreman - Automated deployment with Docker.

Longshoreman automates application deployment using Docker. Just create a Docker repository (or use a service), configure the cluster using AWS or Digital Ocean (or whatever you like) and deploy applications using a Heroku-like CLI tool.We created Longshoreman because we love using Docker but were frustrated with the lack of production-ready deployment options that were available at the time. We looked closely at Deis, Flynn, Dokku and others, but they either did not meet our requirements or were explicitly marked as not ready for production. We were extremely impressed by Deis in particular and its use of bleeding edge technologies like CoreOS, etcd and systemd. The biggest shortcoming we found with Deis is that it rebuilds Dockerfiles from scratch for each deploy (as far as I know).

Harbor - An enterprise-class container registry server based on Docker Distribution

Project Harbor is an enterprise-class registry server that stores and distributes Docker images. It extends the open source Docker Distribution by adding the functionalities usually required by an enterprise, such as security, identity and management. As an enterprise private registry, Harbor offers better performance and security.

Carrot2 - Search Results Clustering Engine

Carrot2 is an Open Source Search Results Clustering Engine. It could cluster the search results from various sources and generates small collection of documents. Carrot2 offers ready-to-use components for fetching search results from various sources including YahooAPI, GoogleAPI, Bing API, eTools Meta Search, Lucene, SOLR, Google Desktop and more.

zabbix-docker-monitoring - :whale: Docker/Kubernetes/Mesos/Marathon/Chronos/LXC/LXD/Swarm container monitoring - Docker image, Zabbix template and C module

If you like or use this project, please provide feedback to author - Star it ★ and write what's missing for you.Monitoring of Docker container by using Zabbix. Available CPU, mem, blkio, net container metrics and some containers config details, e.g. IP, name, ... Zabbix Docker module has native support for Docker containers (Systemd included) and should also support a few other container types (e.g. LXC) out of the box. Please feel free to test and provide feedback/open issue. The module is focused on performance, see section Module vs. UserParameter script.

lopq - Training of Locally Optimized Product Quantization (LOPQ) models for approximate nearest neighbor search of high dimensional data in Python and Spark

This is Python training and testing code for Locally Optimized Product Quantization (LOPQ) models, as well as Spark scripts to scale training to hundreds of millions of vectors. The resulting model can be used in Python with code provided here or deployed via a Protobuf format to, e.g., search backends for high performance approximate nearest neighbor search.Locally Optimized Product Quantization (LOPQ) [1] is a hierarchical quantization algorithm that produces codes of configurable length for data points. These codes are efficient representations of the original vector and can be used in a variety of ways depending on the application, including as hashes that preserve locality, as a compressed vector from which an approximate vector in the data space can be reconstructed, and as a representation from which to compute an approximation of the Euclidean distance between points.

drupal-vm - A VM for Drupal development

Drupal VM is a VM for Drupal, built with Ansible. Drupal VM makes building Drupal development environments quick and easy, and introduces developers to the wonderful world of Drupal development on virtual machines or Docker containers (instead of crufty old MAMP/WAMP-based development).

PiCluster - Manage Docker Containers

PiCluster is a simple way to manage Docker containers on multiple hosts. Docker Swarm not that good and Kubernetes was too difficult to install currently on ARM. PiCluster will only build and run images from Dockerfile's on the host specified in the config file. This software will work on regular x86 hardware also and is not tied to ARM.
