keycloak-gatekeeper - A OpenID / Keycloak Proxy service

  •    Go

Keycloak Gatekeeper is an adapter which, at the risk of stating the obvious, integrates with the Keycloak authentication service. The Gatekeeper is most happy in the company of Keycloak, but is also able to make friends with other OpenID Connect providers. The service supports both access tokens in browser cookie or bearer tokens.

keycloak - Open Source Identity and Access Management For Modern Applications and Services

  •    Java

Keycloak is an open source Identity and Access Management solution aimed at modern applications and services. It makes it easy to secure applications and services with little to no code. Users authenticate with Keycloak rather than individual applications. This means that your applications don't have to deal with login forms, authenticating users, and storing users. Once logged-in to Keycloak, users don't have to login again to access a different application.

community - 🛠 The Document IDE

  •    Go

To bring software development inspired features to the world of documenting -- refactoring, importing, testing, linting, metrics, PRs, versioning....Documize is an intelligent document environment (IDE) for creating, securing and sharing documents -- everything you need in one place.

angular-oauth2-oidc - Support for OAuth 2 and OpenId Connect (OIDC) in Angular.

  •    TypeScript

Support for OAuth 2 and OpenId Connect (OIDC) in Angular. Successfully tested with Angular 6 and its Router, PathLocationStrategy as well as HashLocationStrategy and CommonJS-Bundling via webpack. At server side we've used IdentityServer (.NET/ .NET Core) and Redhat's Keycloak (Java).

permit - An unopinionated authentication library for building Node.js APIs.

  •    Javascript

An unopinionated authentication library for building Node.js APIs. Permit makes it easy to add an authentication layer to any Node.js API. It can be used with any of the popular server frameworks (eg. Express, Koa, Hapi, Fastify) and it can be used for any type of API (eg. REST, GraphQL, etc.) due to its simple, unopinionated design.

PHP-Instagram-API - PHP 5.3+ wrapper for the Instagram API

  •    PHP

The API comes with a cURL client (Instagram\Net\CurlClient) to access the Instagran API. You can create your own client, it just has to implement Instagram\Net\ClientInterface. All methods that access the API can throw exceptions. If the API request fails for any reason other than an expired/missing access token an exception of type \Instagram\Core\ApiException will be thrown. If the API request fails because of an expired/missing access token an exception of type \Instagram\Core\ApiAuthException will be thrown. You can use this to redirect to your authorization page.

browser-request - Browser library compatible with Node.js request package

  •    Javascript

Browser Request is a port of Mikeal Rogers's ubiquitous and excellent [request][req] package to the browser. Jealous of Node.js? Pining for clever callbacks? Request is for you.

react-relay-network-layer - ReactRelayNetworkLayer with middlewares and query batching for Relay Classic

  •    Javascript

The ReactRelayNetworkLayer is a Relay Network Layer with various middlewares which can manipulate requests/responses on the fly (change auth headers, request url or perform some fallback if request fails), batch several relay request by timeout into one http request. ReactRelayNetworkLayer can be used in browser, react-native or node server for rendering. Under the hood this module uses global fetch method. So if your client is too old, please import explicitly proper polyfill to your code (eg. whatwg-fetch, node-fetch or fetch-everywhere).

sclack - The best CLI client for Slack, because everything is terrible!

  •    Python

The first thing you need to do is to get a Slack token here. Use, create or request a token for each workspace that you'll use on Sclack. Not all workspaces allow you to generate a token, so sometimes you'll need to ask for the administrator to enable the feature. Sclack seems better when used with a Nerd Font. Using them is completely optional, but it is how some Sclack icons are possible. Personally, I use Fira Code Nerd Font. Download, install and set as the default font of your terminal emulator.

node-jwt-simple - JWT(JSON Web Token) encode and decode module for node.js

  •    Javascript

JWT(JSON Web Token) encode and decode module for node.js. By default the algorithm to encode is HS256.

node-oauth2-provider - A simple customizable OAuth 2.0 provider (server) for node.js.

  •    Javascript

This is a node.js module for implementing OAuth2 servers (providers) that support server-side (code) and client-side (token) OAuth flows. It's very customizable, so you can (and currently, must) take care of OAuth token storage and client lists. In the future, a Mongo or Redis backed abstraction will be provided so you don't need to care about any kind of storage at all.

node-token-authentication - Code for the scotch

  •    Javascript

This repo uses JSON Web Tokens and the jsonwebtoken package to implement token based authentication on a simple Node.js API. This is a starting point to demonstrate the method of authentication by verifying a token using Express route middleware.

bigpipe - BigPipe is a radical new modular web pattern for Node.js

  •    Javascript

BigPipe is a radical new web framework for Node.JS. The general idea is to decompose web pages into small re-usable chunks of functionality called Pagelets and pipeline them through several execution stages inside web servers and browsers. This allows progressive rendering at the front-end and results in exceptional front-end performance. Most web frameworks are based on a request and response pattern, a request comes in, we process the data and output a template. But before we can output the template we have to wait until all data has been received in order for the template to be processed. This doesn't make any sense for Node.js applications where everything is done asynchronously. When receiving your first batch of data, why not send it directly to the browser so it can start downloading the required CSS, JavaScript and render it.

gologin - Go login handlers for authentication providers (OAuth1, OAuth2)

  •    Go

Package gologin provides chainable login http.Handler's for Google, Github, Twitter, Digits, Facebook, Bitbucket, Tumblr, or any OAuth1 or OAuth2 authentication providers.Choose a subpackage. Register the LoginHandler and CallbackHandler for web logins or the TokenHandler for (mobile) token logins. Get the authenticated user or access token from the request context.

paypal-recurring - PayPal Express Checkout API Client for recurring billing.

  •    Ruby

PayPal Express Checkout API Client for recurring billing. You need to redirect your user to the url returned by response.checkout_url. After the user accepts or rejects your payment request, he will be redirected to one of those urls you specified. The return url will receive two parameters: PAYERID and TOKEN. You can use the TOKEN parameter to identify your user on your database.

flashback - mock the internet

  •    Java

Flashback is designed to mock HTTP and HTTPS resources, like web services and REST APIs, for testing purposes. It records HTTP/HTTPS requests and plays back a previously recorded HTTP transaction—which we call a "scene"—so that no external connection to the internet is required in order to complete testing.Note: The flashback and flashback scene are used for testing purpose only. Each scene contains a list of Http request and response. Those http request and response might contain some sensitive data such as api key, secret, token etc. You'd better either blacklist them using customized match rule or mask them.

node-rate-limiter - A generic rate limiter for node

  •    Javascript

Provides a generic rate limiter for node.js. Useful for API clients, web crawling, or other tasks that need to be throttled. Two classes are exposed, RateLimiter and TokenBucket. TokenBucket provides a lower level interface to rate limiting with a configurable burst rate and drip rate. RateLimiter sits on top of the token bucket and adds a restriction on the maximum number of tokens that can be removed each interval to comply with common API restrictions like "150 requests per hour maximum". A synchronous method, tryRemoveTokens(), is available in both RateLimiter and TokenBucket. This will return immediately with a boolean value indicating if the token removal was successful.

r2 - HTTP client. Spiritual successor to request.

  •    Javascript

Early in Node.js I wrote an HTTP client library called request. It evolved along with Node.js and eventually became very widely depended upon. A lot has changed since 2010 and I've decided to re-think what a simple HTTP client library should look like.

node-echo - node.js echo server, returns request data to response

  •    Javascript

node.js echo server, returns request data to response

httpinvoke - A no-dependencies HTTP client library for browsers and Node

  •    Javascript

A no-dependencies HTTP client library for browsers and Node.js with a promise-based or Node.js-style callback-based API to progress events, text and binary file upload and download, partial response body, request and response headers, status code. Any one, two or three arguments can be skipped, except the url.
