La Capitaine is an icon pack — designed to integrate with most desktop environments. The set of icons takes inspiration from the latest iterations of macOS and Google's Material Design through the use of visually pleasing gradients, shadowing, and simple icon geometry.La Capitaine comes with a configuration script which attempts to determine your distribution and desktop environment. Using this information, La Capitaine updates several system icons and icons used for mime-types.

This theme is a community maintained addition to elementary OS's default icon theme. It contains icons for several third party applications that resemble elementary OS's style. The script will automatically detect your default theme, the correct icon size, the hard-coded applications, the correct icons for each indicator and fix them. All that with the possibility to revert to the original icons. OpenSUSE package only contains the patched version of sni-qt. In order to get Hardcode-Tray, please follow the manual installation method.
