speedscope - 🔬 A fast, interactive web-based viewer for performance profiles.

  •        155

A fast, interactive web-based viewer for performance profiles. An alternative viewer for FlameGraphs. Will happily display multi-megabyte profiles without crashing your browser. Given raw profiling data, speedscope allows you to interactively explore the data to get insight into what's slow in your application, or allocating all the memory, or whatever data is represented in the profiling data.

uPlot - 📈 A small, fast chart for time series, lines, areas, ohlc & bars

  •    Javascript

μPlot is a fast, memory-efficient Canvas 2D-based chart for plotting time series, lines, areas, ohlc & bars; from a cold start it can create an interactive chart containing 150,000 data points in 135ms, scaling linearly at ~25,000 pts/ms. In addition to fast initial render, the zooming and cursor performance is by far the best of any similar charting lib; at ~35 KB, it's likely the smallest and fastest time series plotter that doesn't make use of context-limited WebGL shaders or WASM, both of which have much higher startup cost and code size. However, if you need 60fps performance with massive streaming datasets, uPlot can only get you so far. WebGL should still be the tool of choice for applications like realtime signal or waveform visualizations: See danchitnis/webgl-plot, huww98/TimeChart, epezent/implot, or commercial products like LightningChart®.

luma.gl - A JavaScript WebGL Framework for Data Visualization

datoviz - ⚡ High-performance GPU interactive scientific data visualization with Vulkan

  •    C

Datoviz is an open-source high-performance interactive scientific data visualization library leveraging the graphics processing unit (GPU) for speed, visual quality, and scalability. It supports both 2D and 3D rendering, as well as minimal graphical user interfaces (using the Dear ImGUI library). Written in C, Datoviz has been designed from the ground up for performance. It provides native Python bindings (based on Cython). Bindings to other languages could be developed thanks to community efforts (Julia, R, MATLAB, Rust, C#, and so on). Datoviz uses the Vulkan graphics API created by the Khronos consortium, successor of OpenGL. Supporting other modern graphics API, such as WebGPU, would constitute interesting developments.

JMeter - Load and Performance tester

  •    Java

JMeter is a pure Java desktop application designed to load test functional behavior and measure performance. It may be used to test performance both on static and dynamic resources (files, Servlets, Perl scripts, Java Objects, Data Bases and Queries, FTP Servers and more). It can be used to simulate a heavy load on a server, network or object to test its strength or to analyze overall performance under different load types.

Live-Charts - Simple, flexible, interactive & powerful charts, maps and gauges for .Net

  •    CSharp

Portability: In version 0.x it was hard keep WPF, UWP and Winforms versions up to date, in the new version we extracted all the math to a dotnet core project, then we are working on 4 different platfomrs WPF, Xamarin, UWP and the new high performance package. Performance: when the library started, performance was not the target, as the library community grow, the Geared package was released (the current high performance version), and it works for many cases, but we want LiveCharts to be the fastest library out there, in the new high performance package we are scaping from WPF performance limitations and drawing everything using DirectX with the well know SharpDx package.

Bootchart - Boot Process Performance Visualization

  •    Java

Bootchart is a tool for performance analysis and visualization of the GNU/Linux boot process. Resource utilization data and process information are collected during the boot process and can later be displayed in a PNG, SVG or EPS chart.

perf-tools - Performance analysis tools based on Linux perf_events (aka perf) and ftrace

  •    Shell

A miscellaneous collection of in-development and unsupported performance analysis tools for Linux ftrace and perf_events (aka the "perf" command). Both ftrace and perf are core Linux tracing tools, included in the kernel source. Your system probably has ftrace already, and perf is often just a package add (see Prerequisites). These tools are designed to be easy to install (fewest dependencies), provide advanced performance observability, and be simple to use: do one thing and do it well. This collection was created by Brendan Gregg (author of the DTraceToolkit).

WatchdogInspector - Shows your current framerate (fps) in the status bar of your iOS app

  •    Shell

WatchdogInspector counts your app's framerate and displays the fps in the status bar. The coloured status bar lets you know when your framerate drops below 60 fps. If everything is fine your status bar gets happy and will stay green. To detect unwanted main thread stalls you can set a custom watchdog timeout. and run pod install You can see the example project how to setup and run WatchdogInspector Make sure that you don't use WatchdogInspector in production.
