gocb - The Couchbase Go SDK

  •    Go

This is the official Couchbase Go SDK. If you are looking for our previous unofficial prototype Go client library, please see: http://www.github.com/couchbase/go-couchbase.The Go SDK library allows you to connect to a Couchbase cluster from Go. It is written in pure Go, and uses the included gocbcore library to handle communicating to the cluster over the Couchbase binary protocol.

go-ps - Find, list, and inspect processes from Go (golang).

  •    Go

go-ps is a library for Go that implements OS-specific APIs to list and manipulate processes in a platform-safe way. The library can find and list processes on Linux, Mac OS X, Solaris, and Windows. If you're new to Go, this library has a good amount of advanced Go educational value as well. It uses some advanced features of Go: build tags, accessing DLL methods for Windows, cgo for Darwin, etc.

go-querystring - go-querystring is Go library for encoding structs into URL query parameters.

  •    Go

go-querystring is Go library for encoding structs into URL query parameters.go-querystring is designed to assist in scenarios where you want to construct a URL using a struct that represents the URL query parameters. You might do this to enforce the type safety of your parameters, for example, as is done in the go-github library.

gorgonia - Gorgonia is a library that helps facilitate machine learning in Go.

  •    Go

Gorgonia is a library that helps facilitate machine learning in Go. Write and evaluate mathematical equations involving multidimensional arrays easily. If this sounds like Theano or TensorFlow, it's because the idea is quite similar. Specifically, the library is pretty low-level, like Theano, but has higher goals like Tensorflow. The main reason to use Gorgonia is developer comfort. If you're using a Go stack extensively, now you have access to the ability to create production-ready machine learning systems in an environment that you are already familiar and comfortable with.

mapstructure - Go library for decoding generic map values into native Go structures.

  •    Go

mapstructure is a Go library for decoding generic map values to structures and vice versa, while providing helpful error handling. This library is most useful when decoding values from some data stream (JSON, Gob, etc.) where you don't quite know the structure of the underlying data until you read a part of it. You can therefore read a map[string]interface{} and use this library to decode it into the proper underlying native Go structure.

email - Robust and flexible email library for Go

  •    Go

The email package is designed to be simple to use, but flexible enough so as not to be restrictive. The goal is to provide an email interface for humans.Note: Version > 1 of this library requires Go v1.5 or above.

go-imap - :inbox_tray: An IMAP library for clients and servers

  •    Go

An IMAP4rev1 library written in Go. It can be used to build a client and/or a server.Note: new projects should use the v1 branch.

sockjs-go - WebSocket emulation - Go server library

  •    Go

SockJS is a JavaScript library (for browsers) that provides a WebSocket-like object. SockJS gives you a coherent, cross-browser, Javascript API which creates a low latency, full duplex, cross-domain communication channel between the browser and the web server, with WebSockets or without. This necessitates the use of a server, which this is one version of, for GO. SockJS-Go is a SockJS server library written in Go.

Go kit - A standard library for microservices.

  •    Go

Go kit is a programming toolkit for building microservices (or elegant monoliths) in Go. We solve common problems in distributed systems and application architecture so you can focus on delivering business value. Go is a great general-purpose language, but microservices require a certain amount of specialized support. RPC safety, system observability, infrastructure integration, even program design — Go kit fills in the gaps left by the standard library, and makes Go a first-class language for writing microservices in any organization.

bimg - Small Go package for fast high-level image processing powered by libvips C library

  •    Go

Small Go package for fast high-level image processing using libvips via C bindings, providing a simple, elegant and fluent programmatic API.bimg was designed to be a small and efficient library supporting a common set of image operations such as crop, resize, rotate, zoom or watermark. It can read JPEG, PNG, WEBP natively, and optionally TIFF, PDF, GIF and SVG formats if libvips@8.3+ is compiled with proper library bindings.

water - A simple TUN/TAP library written in native Go (golang).

  •    Go

water is a native Go library for TUN/TAP interfaces.water/waterutil has some useful functions to interpret MAC frame headers and IP packet headers. It also contains some constants such as protocol numbers and ethernet frame types.

nacl - Pure Go implementation of the NaCL set of API's

  •    Go

This is a pure Go implementation of the API's available in NaCL: https://nacl.cr.yp.to. Compared with the implementation in golang.org/x/crypto/nacl, this library offers all of the API's present in NaCL, better compatibility with NaCL implementations written in other languages, as well as some utilities for generating and loading keys and nonces, and encrypting messages. Many of them are simple wrappers around functions or libraries available in the Go standard library, or in the golang.org/x/crypto package. Other code I copied directly into this library with the appropriate LICENSE; if a function is longer than, say, 5 lines, I didn't write it myself. There are no dependencies outside of the standard library or golang.org/x/crypto.

log15 - Structured, composable logging for Go

  •    Go

Package log15 provides an opinionated, simple toolkit for best-practice logging in Go (golang) that is both human and machine readable. It is modeled after the Go standard library's io and net/http packages and is an alternative to the standard library's log package. The API of the master branch of log15 should always be considered unstable. If you want to rely on a stable API, you must vendor the library.

anaconda - A Go client library for the Twitter 1.1 API

  •    Go

Anaconda is a simple, transparent Go package for accessing version 1.1 of the Twitter API.Successful API queries return native Go structs that can be used immediately, with no need for type assertions.

gps - your dependencies have arrived

  •    Go

gps is the Go Packaging Solver. It is an engine for tackling dependency management problems in Go. It is trivial - about 35 lines of code - to replicate the fetching bits of go get using gps. gps is not Yet Another Go Package Management Tool. Rather, it's a library that package management (and adjacent) tools can use to solve the hard parts of the problem in a consistent, holistic way. It is a distillation of the ideas behind language package managers like bundler, npm, elm-package, cargo (and others) into a library, artisanally handcrafted with ❤️ for Go's specific requirements.

hwio - Go library for hardware I/O control, in the programming style of Arduino

  •    Go

hwio is a Go library for interfacing with hardware I/O, particularly on SoC-based boards such as BeagleBone Black, Raspberry Pi and Odroid-C1. It is loosely modelled on the Arduino programming style, but deviating where that doesn't make sense in Go. It makes use of a thin hardware abstraction via an interface so a program written against the library for say a BeagleBone could be easily compiled to run on a Raspberry Pi, maybe only changing pin references. To use hwio, you just need to import it into your Go project, initialise modules and pins as required, and then use functions that manipulate the pins.

fuse - FUSE library for Go.  go get bazil.org/fuse

  •    Go

bazil.org/fuse is a Go library for writing FUSE userspace filesystems. It is a from-scratch implementation of the kernel-userspace communication protocol, and does not use the C library from the project called FUSE. bazil.org/fuse embraces Go fully for safety and ease of programming.

braintree-go - A Go client library for Braintree

  •    Go

A Go client library for Braintree, the payments company behind awesome companies like GitHub, Heroku, and 37signals. This is not an official client library. Braintree maintains server-side libraries for Ruby, Python, PHP, Perl, Node, C# and Java, but not Go. This package implements the core functionality of the other client libraries, but it's missing a few advanced features.

go-colorful - A library for playing with colors in go (golang).

  •    Go

A library for playing with colors in go (golang). I love games. I make games. I love detail and I get lost in detail. One such detail popped up during the development of Memory Which Does Not Suck, when we wanted the server to assign the players random colors. Sometimes two players got very similar colors, which bugged me. The very same evening, I want hue was the top post on HackerNews' frontpage and showed me how to Do It Right™. Last but not least, there was no library for handling color spaces available in go. Colorful does just that and implements Go's color.Color interface.
