This server is a simple way to get read-only information about player statistics in the game Overwatch by Blizzard. A live version runs on https://owapi.net. This API does not aim to expose data about the heroes, maps, etc in the game. For that, use https://github.com/jamesmcfadden/overwatch-api.

bwapi - Brood War API

The Brood War Application Programming Interface (BWAPI) is a free and open source C++ framework that is used to interact with the popular Real Time Strategy (RTS) game Starcraft: Broodwar. Using BWAPI, students, researchers, and hobbyists can create Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents that play the game. BWAPI only reveals the visible parts of the game state to AI modules by default. Information on units that have gone back into the fog of war is denied to the AI. This enables programmers to write competitive non-cheating AIs that must plan and operate under partial information conditions. BWAPI also denies user input by default, ensuring the user cannot take control of game units while the AI is playing. These defaults can be changed for flexibility, unless enforced by a Tournament Module (game referee for AI tournaments). Changed defaults will be advertised when the match begins.

RetroArch - Cross-platform, sophisticated frontend for the libretro API. Licensed GPLv3.

RetroArch is the reference frontend for the libretro API. Popular examples of implementations for this API includes video game system emulators and game engines as well as more generalized 3D programs. These programs are instantiated as dynamic libraries. We refer to these as "libretro cores". libretro is an API that exposes generic audio/video/input callbacks. A frontend for libretro (such as RetroArch) handles video output, audio output, input and application lifecycle. A libretro core written in portable C or C++ can run seamlessly on many platforms with very little to no porting effort.

DiligentEngine - Master repository for Diligent Engine project

Diligent Engine is a lightweight cross-platform abstraction layer between the application and the platform-specific graphics API designed to take advantages of next-generation APIs such as Direct3D12 and Vulkan, while providing support for older platforms via Direct3D11, OpenGL and OpenGLES. Diligent Engine exposes common front-end for all supported platforms and provides interoperability with underlying native API. Shader source code converter allows HLSL shaders to be used on all supported platforms and rendering backends. The engine is intended to be used as a graphics subsystem in a game engine or any other 3D application, and supports integration with Unity. Diligent Engine is distributed under Apache 2.0 license and is free to use. Alternatively, you can get master repository fisrt, and then individually clone all submodules into the engine's root folder.

stage.js - 2D HTML5 rendering engine for game development

Stage.js is a 2D HTML5 JavaScript library for cross-platform game development, it is lightweight, fast and open-source. Canvas is the graphic component of HTML5 game development, but it only has a drawing API and there is no data model like DOM to compose your application. You need to manually draw your application and manage rendering cycles to play it. Moreover, mouse events are only available at entire Canvas level and they also need to be processed manually.

libgdx - Desktop/Android/HTML5/iOS Java game development framework

We also provide implementations (based on TensorFlow) of state-of-the-art algorithms to enable game developers and hobbyists to easily train intelligent agents for 2D, 3D and VR/AR games. These trained agents can be used for multiple purposes, including controlling NPC behavior (in a variety of settings such as multi-agent and adversarial), automated testing of game builds and evaluating different game design decisions pre-release. ML-Agents is mutually beneficial for both game developers and AI researchers as it provides a central platform where advances in AI can be evaluated on Unity’s rich environments and then made accessible to the wider research and game developer communities. SMAPI - A modding API for Stardew Valley.

Provide APIs and events for mods. SMAPI provides APIs and events which let mods interact with the game in ways they otherwise couldn't. Rewrite mods for crossplatform compatibility. SMAPI rewrites mods' compiled code before loading them so they work on Linux/Mac/Windows without the mods needing to handle differences between the Linux/Mac and Windows versions of the game.

Fiber2D - Cross-platform 2D Game Engine in pure Swift

This project originated as cocos2d-objc rewrite to Swift. As I stopped commiting to the repo since June, because Obj-C is dead for me. This is still in a very alpha state, but you already can build some games with it, even though it may be unpleasant process as I change API almost every day. The project served as .dylib (.so on Linux/Android) that builds by Swift Package Manager. It requires some project config in order to use it, but you can experiment with the demo provided in the repo. Generally the project should be considered unstable and most of the API is likely to be changed.

retro - Retro Games in Gym

Gym Retro is a wrapper for video game emulator cores using the Libretro API to turn them into Gym environments. It includes support for multiple classic game consoles and a dataset of different games. It runs on Linux, macOS and Windows with Python 3.5 and 3.6 support. Each game has files listing memory locations for in-game variables, reward functions based on those variables, episode end conditions, savestates at the beginning of levels and a file containing hashes of ROMs that work with these files. Please note that ROMs are not included and you must obtain them yourself.
