pippo - Micro Java Web Framework

  •        76

The goal of this project is to create a micro web framework in Java that should be easy to use and hack. Pippo can be used in small and medium applications and also in applications based on micro services architecture. Also, Pippo comes with a very small footprint that makes it excellent for embedded devices (Raspberry Pi for example).

micromono - Write microservices in monolithic style

MicroMono is a framework for developing micro-services in monolithic style or reversed. It allows you to switch and mix between micro-service/monolithic styles without changing the code. Before they were two things which always connected with VS. Now with micromono you have the ability to get the best of both worlds. You can simply clone this repository and follow the instruction in the example folder to play them on your own machine. The only requirement is Node.js.

Package tango is a micro & pluggable web framework for Go.This code will automatically convert returned map or error to a json because we has an embedded struct tango.JSON.

mongoose - Mongoose Embedded Web Server Library - Mongoose is more than an embedded webserver

Mongoose is ideal for embedded environments. It has been designed for connecting devices and bringing them online. On the market since 2004, used by vast number of open source and commercial products - it even runs on the International Space station! Mongoose makes embedded network programming fast, robust, and easy. Check out Mongoose OS - open source embedded operating system for low-power connected microcontrollers. Secure, designed for Internet of Things, complete environment for prototyping, development and managing.

Spark - A simple expressive web framework for java

Spark is a micro framework for creating web applications in Kotlin and Java 8 with minimal effort. It is a simple and expressive Java/Kotlin web framework DSL built for rapid development. Sparks intention is to provide an alternative for Kotlin/Java developers that want to develop their web applications as expressive as possible and with minimal boilerplate. With a clear philosophy Spark is designed not only to make you more productive, but also to make your code better under the influence of Spark’s sleek, declarative and expressive syntax.

Slim - A micro framework for PHP

Slim is a PHP micro framework that helps you quickly write simple yet powerful web applications and APIs. Slim provides a fast and powerful router that maps route callbacks to specific HTTP request methods and URIs. It supports parameters and pattern matching. Slim supports any PSR-7 HTTP message implementation so you may inspect and manipulate HTTP message method, status, URI, headers, cookies, and body.

kite - Micro-service framework in Go

Kite is a framework for developing micro-services in Go. Kite is both the name of the framework and the micro-service that is written by using this framework. Basically, Kite is a RPC server as well as a client. It connects to other kites and peers to communicate with each other. They can discover other kites using a service called Kontrol, and communicate with them bidirectionaly. The communication protocol uses a WebSocket (or XHR) as transport in order to allow web applications to connect directly to kites.

micro-server - Microserver is a Java 8 native, zero configuration, standards based, battle hardened library to run Java Rest Microservices via a standard Java main class

Microserver is a Java 8 native, zero configuration, standards based, battle hardened library to run Java Rest Microservices via a standard Java main class. Supporting pure Microservice or Micro-monolith styles.

Xenon - Decentralized Control Plane Framework

Xenon is a framework for writing small REST-based services. (Some people call them microservices.) The runtime is implemented in Java and acts as the host for the lightweight, asynchronous services. The programming model is language agnostic (does not rely on Java specific constructs) so implementations in other languages are encouraged. The services can run on a set of distributed nodes. Xenon provides replication, synchronization, ordering, and consistency for the state of the services. Because of the distributed nature of Xenon, the services scale well and are highly available.

blink - A high performance web framework and application server in PHP.

Blink is a micro web framework for building long-running and high performance services, the design heavily inspired by Yii2 and Laravel. Blink aims to provide the most expressive and elegant API and try to make the experience of web development as pleasant as possible. Besides, Blink is also an application server that can serve requests directly in PHP, without php-fpm or Apache's mod_php. we use the Swoole extension as the underlying networking library. This can easily make our PHP application 100% faster in just a blink.

klein - werkzeug + twisted.web

Klein is a micro-framework for developing production-ready web services with Python. It is 'micro' in that it has an incredibly small API similar to Bottle and Flask. It is not 'micro' in that it depends on things outside the standard library. This is primarily because it is built on widely used and well tested components like Werkzeug and Twisted. A Klein bottle is an example of a non-orientable surface, and a glass Klein bottle looks like a twisted bottle or twisted flask. This, of course, made it too good of a pun to pass up.
