Colt - Scientific and Technical Computing in Java

Colt distribution consists of several free Java libraries bundled under one single uniform umbrella. Namely the Colt library, the Jet library, the CoreJava library, and the Concurrent library.

The Colt library provides fundamental general-purpose data structures optimized for numerical data, such as resizable arrays, dense and sparse matrices (multi-dimensional arrays), linear algebra, associative containers and buffer management. The Jet library contains mathematical and statistical tools for data analysis, powerful histogramming functionality, Random Number Generators and Distributions useful for (event) simulations, and more. The CoreJava library contains C-like print formatting. The Concurrent library contains standardized, efficient utility classes commonly encountered in parallel & concurrent programming.

The chart-fx charting library is an extension in the spirit of Oracle's XYChart and performance/time-proven JDataViewer charting functionalities. Incanter is a Clojure-based, R-like statistical computing and graphics environment for the JVM. At the core of Incanter are the Parallel Colt numerics library, a multithreaded version of Colt, and the JFreeChart charting library, as well as several other Java and Clojure libraries. The motivation for creating Incanter is to provide a JVM-based statistical computing and graphics platform with R-like semantics and interactive-programming environment. Running on the JVM provides access to the large number of existing Java libraries for data access, data processing, and presentation. Clojure’s seamless integration with Java makes leveraging these libraries much simpler than is possible in R, and Incanter’s R-like semantics makes statistical programming much simpler than is possible in pure Java.

Commons Math: The Apache Commons Mathematics Library

GSL - GNU Scientific Library

The GNU Scientific Library (GSL) is a numerical library for C and C++ programmers. The library provides a wide range of mathematical routines such as random number generators, special functions and least-squares fitting. There are over 1000 functions in total with an extensive test suite.

KaTeX - Fast math typesetting for the web

KaTeX is a fast, easy-to-use JavaScript library for TeX math rendering on the web. KaTeX renders its math synchronously and doesn't need to reflow the page. It's layout is based on Donald Knuth’s TeX, the gold standard for math typesetting. It has no dependencies and can easily be bundled with your website resources. It produces the same output regardless of browser or environment, so you can pre-render expressions using Node.js and send them as plain HTML.

The main goal of this library is to provide a friendly Math API familiar to SIMD and graphic/shaders developers, using the well known float4, float3 types...etc. with all intrinsics functions provided by a static class math that can be imported easily into your C# program with using static Unity.Mathematics.math.
