Utlogcollector - Unreal tournament 1999 ngWorldStats log collector

There was no UnrealTournament GOTY log collector which could be used to capture the logs and try to convert them to stats which can then be analysed by the players online to know there capabilities. The sites for ngworldstats have also been down for a while. This collector can collect logs from almost any Unreal Tournament server batching those logs. A couple of entries in the hosts file can make Unreal Tournament server administrators divert their log files to the locations that they want them
