Primarily, talkatv will provide a way for people to embed comments on static pages. Secondarily, talkatv will investigate the possibilities to federate the comments via e.g. OStatus or XMPP. Its feature include Threaded comments, Spam protection, Comment formatting, Avatars and lot more.
