PP3 -- Celestial Charts Generator

  •        0

PP3 creates celestial charts. It generates resolution independent sky maps of very high graphical quality. They can be used for example as illustrations in books or on web pages. Databases are included but you may use own data if you wish.

This project includes XML::TreePP and its family modules below. XML::TreePP - A pure Perl implementation for parsing/writing xml fileXML::TreePP module parses XML file and expands it for a hash tree. And also generate XML file back from a hash tree. This is a pure Perl implementation. You can also download XML from remote web server like XMLHttpRequest object on JavaScript. Ppdrag - Extremely Fast JavaScript Drag'n'Drop

ppDrag is a Drag&Drop plugin for jQuery, which mimics the interface of jQuery UI's Draggable. Currently supported is a small subset of its options, but the implementation is different (ppDrag focuses on performance). The speed difference is more visible with slower CPU's. Also, due to JavaScript engine optimizations in the last generation browsers, the speed difference is less than with older browsers. For example, the difference is greater with Firefox 2 than with Firefox 3. All major existing

Videonetwork - A simulator for self-organizing video replication and more

Self-organizing content delivery in dynamic complex networksMultimedia consumption at social events - if available - can be considered as a complex problem. People use their smart phones and tablets to take pictures and videos, leading to a high number of production places. If we enable those visitors to share their content at the event, new challenges emerge. Visitors move, go online and offline, and build a dynamic network. One can say a complex adaptive network emerges, with all its problems.

Fastdtw - Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) with a linear time and memory complexity

FastDTW is an approximate Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) algorithm that provides optimal or near-optimal alignments with only O(N) time and memory requirement, in contrast to the O(N^2) requirement for the standard DTW algorithm. FastDTW uses a multilevel approach that recursively projects a solution from a coarser resolution and refines the projected solution. Implementation: FastDTW is implemented in Java. If the JVM heap size is not large enough for the cost matrix to fit into memory, the impleme

Mascotdatfile - Java API for MS/MS search results by Mascot (Matrix Science)

Proteomics bioinformatics deals with organizing and analyzing large amounts of information generated during proteomic analyses. The vast amounts of mass spectrometry data are typically interpreted by database search algorithms such as Mascot Server from Matrix Science. This results such a search are presented in an user-friendly HTML page, yet, this is inconvenient when further processing is required. Therefore we have developed the MascotDatfile library which transforms a flat file into a dynam

Ecspy - Evolutionary Computations in Python

ECsPy Has Been Deprecated; Use inspyred InsteadAs of April 3, 2012, ECsPy has been deprecated. New users should instead use the inspyred library, available on PyPI or at http://inspyred.github.com. ECsPy will no longer be maintained. ECsPy (Evolutionary Computations in Python) is a free, open source framework for creating evolutionary computations in Python. Additionally, ECsPy provides an easy-to-use canonical genetic algorithm (GA), evolution strategy (ES), estimation of distribution algorithm
