*BATCH FILE OS* Batch File OS is possibly the first-ever platform-based OS created in the MS-DOS Batch language. Scripting language: * MS-DOS Batch Other languages are welcome in this project, as long as they can be integrated in the Batch script.
Java Batch Job Framework. The JBJF uses an XML definition file to abstract many of your common batch job parameters. The JBJF programming framework uses a task list concept as a divide and conquer strategy to simplify your batch job development.
Lout is a batch document formatter. It reads a high-level description of a document similar in style to LaTeX and produces a PostScript file which can be printed on most laser printers. Plain text and PDF output are also available.
JADE (former SOSFTP) is a batch file transfer solution for FTP/ FTPS/ SFTP and some other protocols. It provide a configurable command line client, an API and a Bridge to the SOS JobScheduler. JADE comes with advanced error handling and logging capabilities. JADE is able to create and maintain a transfer history on a central database.
SQL Workbench is a DBMS-independent, cross-platform SQL query tool. Its main focus is on running SQL scripts (either interactively or as a batch) and export/import features. It could compare the data of two database and generate the necessary SQL statements to migrate one to the other.
LiveGraph is a framework for real-time data visualisation, analysis and logging. It has a real time plotter that can automatically update graphs of your data while it is still being computed by your application. LiveGraph reads files in a simple CSV-style format. For applications developed in Java, LiveGraph additionally provides an API that handles all data logging and persistency issues.
Storm is a distributed real time computation system. Storm makes it easy to reliably process unbounded streams of data, doing for real time processing what Hadoop did for batch processing. Storm has many use cases: realtime analytics, online machine learning, continuous computation, distributed RPC, ETL, and more.
Apache Lucene is a high-performance, full-featured text search engine library written entirely in Java. It is a technology suitable for nearly any application that requires full-text search, especially cross-platform.
Katta is a scalable, failure tolerant, distributed, data storage for real time access. Katta serves large, replicated, indices as shards to serve high loads and very large data sets. These indices can be of different type. Currently implementations are available for Lucene and Hadoop mapfiles.
